Dear Born Again Pagan Celts of the Nomadic Free World, lets celebrate (((March 17th and the 18th))) as (((Celtic Pagan Liberation Day))). If you are Proud to be a Born Again Celtic Pagan wear all Green in the remembrance of the Druid Government at The Hill of Tara
It tastes good with sweet potatoes cooked in there as well. And about the water thing, it depends on how big of a Corned Beef you're cooking, you want enough water for it to be completely covered and still have enough water for the veggies so their covered as well. The amount of water doesn't have to be measured.
just a tip ... peel all your vegetables all at once ... then cut all your vegetables all at once ... it'll allow you to prep your mise en place at a more efficient pace. you say you're the bachelor chef ... wouldn't kill ya to smile for the ladies.
Chefs like that make good food for the average down to earth people , get that gourmet shit outta here bellpeper and shrimp drizzled with an italian dressing wtf get that shit outta here gimme a good burger and some onion rings HOLLA
Nice job, This Classic Saint patricks recipe is about as good as it gets. When you put in That kind of love in your pot and stir it up "BAM" everyone goes crazy with wanting to know the recipe. That's how good this recipe is. Finger Licking Good and not hard at all to make. I had a few beer's after Lol.
why use rutas? are nt you supposed to use red potatoes?? thats what real irish use...

It's more of an American Irish dish. But I'd eat it none the less. :)

Corned beef and cabbage is an Irish-American thing. Corned beef was a cheaper alternative to bacon for Irish immigrants in the 19th Century.
