for some reason on mine th whole left half of the screen doesnt work. i can see everything and it has no cracks but i cant touch anything. i think it a broken heat sensor or something and if anyone can help please reply!

also i can still do almost everything but i have to use the directional pad

i dont care what this guy says. this phone is awesome i love it! there is nothing wrong with the keyboard and mine isnt lose, open or closed. maybe its just his phone. and yeah the phone may be 200 dollars but its worth it. the back isnt hard to get off either. it slides on and off.

this phone was awesome.

It's cheapest and better spec's than any other low-end android. I've owned the following:

htc snap < cliq

tmobile g1 (dream) < cliq

motorola spice < cliq

You can buy the phone unlocked and it'll work with most providers, and it's really good 5mp camera and good speed (no lagg). If you update the OS it's basically equal to new model phones. The phone is AWESOME FOR GAMES, including gameboid/other emu's. If you can buy this for under $130 you're getting an A+ phone!

This dude is retarded... I have been running with a CLIQ for the last 6months or so and the keyboard is one of the best I have delt with. The phone is also not plastic. The Blur OS is actually has some really nice add-on's compared to standard android. My only issue with the CLIQ is the fact that there is no hardware phone buttons and sometimes it likes to stall when attempting to hang up the phone. The phone runs more smoothly than the MyTouch 3g. I only wish we can get Android 2.1 soon.

I must disagree with you. I just bought this phone today and I am enjoying it. I dont know how many metal phones u have used, but I'm pretty sure that plastic is the standard material that cell phones are made out of.

2nd, u said that u thought it was an odd choice to have a directional pad on the left hand side of the keyboard. Well, every video game controller created since the nintendo has the directional pad on the left hand side. Is that an odd choice also? considering thats been . .

@sheapop I just got the phone a few days ago, titanium color (shiny black). It looks a little different than the reviewed one on here. Like the gap in the back is not there, and the dimples are striations (line-like) on the back cover plate. It hasn't given me any problems thus far, i actually like it very much. Easy to use once you get used to it.

You have to figure out sound and video quality, those bars were too annoying. Also, don't compare it to a phone that hasn't come out yet (during filming time). Compare it more to phones on the same network like the G1 or MyTouch. I like the comparison, however, Please Find Another Word than However. It seemed like you never gave the phone a fair chance from the beginning. Last, if you are going to do a review, put up contacts we can see or find a more appeasing way to block them out.
