Awesome! Just got back from my Karate class, this sounds good right now! I could make this with lettuce wedges, tomatoes, and also chop the avocado instead of having it whole - I think it'll give it a little more bite with the lettuce and it's easier to eat rather than taking whole pieces of avocado.
