I agree with everyone who commends him for carrying on. You see sportsmen 30 yrs younger than him writhe in agony and be helped off the pitch/court with the same injury, it can't just be adrenalin that kept him going, cos sportsmen have adrenalin pumping when they are playing. Amazing how dedicated he is. I saw them in Edinburgh a couple of days later + it was obvious he was in pain, but the gig was as outstanding as ever. Got to love them. :-)

I was at his concert in Denmark only two days later and he was rumping around, dancing and looked like nothing was wrong he even made jokes about his injury ;D.

But this.. superman.. just keeps on singing and not missing a single tone.. All he says is "Aw" and just keeps on going.. I'm speechless.. nothing but speechless..

Saw him Friday in UK. Brilliant. Wore a knee brace for the gig. He got soaked with rain (we all did) but he never complained once + gave a great performance. Well done Jon. I'm sure most "rock-stars" would have rescheduled the concert. He thanked his "crazy fans" @ the end for standing in the rain for 3 hours!
I've seen plenty of knee ligaments being pulled in martial arts training and I can guarantee that you wouldn't just say "ow" and continue singing as usual the next second. He must have been lip-syncing that part of the song.

That being said however, I do still admire the man for things that he does - his charity work, his work ethic - even not letting his injury here stop the show because he knows what a disappointment it would be to the fans. And I will *always* love his music.

@freddyforever75@filmityourselftv@rhytmgirl999 - not only did he make comments upsetting many Americans recenlty in a video, but as someone else said in reply, he's cocky, but lately also seems bored with it all (except when he's onstage) - anyone else see the interview where Jon says nothing at all; He looks bored, sighs, looks at his watch, gives Richie dirty looks, etc? If you don't want to do the interviews, just don't do 'em! You're popular already...keep doing what you do best, sing!
He wasn't moving around much yesterday in Edinburgh but had a large brace on his knee which meant he could enjoy it. Very professional indeed, and still able to sing pitch perfect despite being in agony!

I know that it could be horrible about Jon hurting his knee and being in pain but do you remember last year when he hurt is ankle and was helped off the stage from the band members Jon does so much he is just amazing.
@bonjovigirl73 It was so upsetting to watch, but I think this injury is worse, it looks/sounds like his cruciate ligament, if it is,, he'll want the op @ home cos he'll have to be immobilised for about 6 weeks after it + will need months of physio.It's the injury that often ends footbal(soccer) players careers. I hope keeping up the schedule doesn't make it worse, he's insured 2 cancel gigs but he won't as he knows fans travel +won't get refunds on hotels etc,also he worries about the crew's pay
Awww, I don't know what to say. It breaks my heart to see his suffering face, but at the same time I'm very proud of him and the guys. They have proved once again why Bon Jovi is my all time favorite band. Get better Jon!!!

Jon and Richie (and the other band members) obviously look out for each other...unlike the Rolling Stones. You never hear these guys dissing each other. It's a true brotherhood and one of the seasons for their great success...unlike Guns'n'Roses, etc.

I had this happen and it hurts so much that you have a pain that runs thru your body like you would not believe. Once you hurt it, it keeps happening. @bonjovigirl73 It was so upsetting to watch, but I think this injury is worse, it looks/sounds like his cruciate ligament, if it is,, he'll want the op @ home cos he'll have to be immobilised for about 6 weeks after it + will need months of physio.It's the injury that often ends footbal(soccer) players careers. I hope keeping up the schedule doesn't make it worse, he's insured 2 cancel gigs but he won't as he knows fans travel +won't get refunds on hotels etc,also he worries about the crew's pay

Awww, I don't know what to say. It breaks my heart to see his suffering face, but at the same time I'm very proud of him and the guys. They have proved once again why Bon Jovi is my all time favorite band. Get better Jon!!!

Jon and Richie (and the other band members) obviously look out for each other...unlike the Rolling Stones. You never hear these guys dissing each other. It's a true brotherhood and one of the seasons for their great success...unlike Guns'n'Roses, etc.

Canon has good cameras and so does Sony. Good quality. Good video. Thanks for posting this. I was worried about him because I heard he hurt his left leg again. I had this happen and it hurts so much that you have a pain that runs thru your body like you would not believe. Once you hurt it, it keeps happening. He is going to have to stop jumping around or he will keep hurting it. I did. It sucks but he is so good looking that he can get away with just standing there.

As much as I have mixed feelings about Jon's attitude these days, I have to say he's amazing when it comes to his shows - a torn ligament gets a "ouch" and then on with the show not missing a word!
