I actually used this image for a history project in 10th grade. For how I set it up, I was told that it was well done. But because there were some elements of the letter I wrote to accompany the image were missing, I ended up only getting a B on it. I wish that I could find that piece of work. This feels like a sad song, because seems to connect to memories. Sweet memories or happy, memories are always bittersweet, since there is a difference between remembering and living the experience. While a certain memory may be heartwarming, it is saddening that it cannot be experienced again. Not in that same time, that same place, with those same exact feelings. This song feels like its looking into the past - happy it all happened, sad its all passed. Xenosaga can only be lived once. ^^

Its story is not so complex that you won't understand. Everything wraps up so well. Warning though it will challenge you.

This by far one of the greatest RPGs ever conceived by Square- Enix when they used to be Squaresoft. At that time the company take pride in producing quality games instead of rubbishes they have now in the market.

Personally, however, I loved this game more than FFVII and it had a deeper story and more captivating protagonist than Cloud.

A masterpiece I love this song it brings me back to when I had a PS one and how this game was just amazing. I loved every moment of this game but I mostly loved the way they used this song to convey the emotion that was being felt by the characters in the game.

Feelings of sadness and love towards her, but he didnt know how to express himself. He loved her and she loved him also but at the time the picture was being drawn he didn't know she felt the same way. Then not long after he finds out, she sacrifices herself to safe lacan, krelian and the others. Not long after that lacans 'grahf' forms. Thats right, isn't it? Memories!! :P

It's funny, as much as I love Xenogears, I never really felt a big wave of sadness when I was playing it (it hadn't the emotional impact of Xenosaga IMO... Xenosaga is almost a tragedy anyway).

I felt sad mainly for Emeralda, Krelian and Lacan in fact. But in term of music, only June Mermaid made me really emotional. That's why I think June Mermaid is THE saddest theme in the whole game (I can compare it with Alice from Shadow Hearts, such sadness ç_ç).
