Hi.I've studied Irish criminal law over the last 5years.We're also a common law jurisdiction so lots of similarities between our respective principles.Our categories of Mens Rea are pretty much the same (Intent,Recklessness,Negligence,Strict Liability etc) I found ur clip interesting.Nice to get another perspective
i have one question, isn't there a firefighter's exception, because they assume the risks of being a firefighter?
