They've shown no link betwen danish and maya. Danish does'nt belong to a rich influential family... that's kabir. Waise i don't think it's kabir also. Why would maya plead abhay if it's danish. What can he do. Might be maya is a plot set by and her mom to disgust pia from abhay or maya is pregnant with someone's child whom abhay knows

OK me too i really really think it's Danish there's the proof wat @roshini24 is talking about and also if you check part 4 at around @2:57 where she's telling everyone how she cant say the guy name because he's from a big known family and then she looked at Panchi and said tum but after a while change it to tum sad ko and well Abyah is going with it because he want Pia to hate and stay away from him

I have no idea if Maya is involved in Abhay's plan, but I'm absolutely sure that Abhay is not the father of Maya's child. I'm guessing that he read Maya's thoughts or something like that and is using it in his plan to fill hatred in Piya's heart for him. I'm burning with curiosity to discover the truth! I think it's Danish, firstly wen Maya was standing behind abhay infront of abhay was Danish talking to the raichands and dobrials then she got upset after hearing arangments for panchi and Danish and then outside the guy Maya was talkin to had his sleeves rolled up and quite tall! It's Danish without the cape on cause he had a black shirt on!!

@roshni24 : one more thing y it isnt Danish is becoz they always showed that there is some mystery behind abhay n maya but they never showed Danish looking shockingly/surprisingly at her...he never saw her in a diff way...they are total strangers...Danish is no where in the picture

Also maya says that he is an influential person and hails from a rich family, so he can do any thing...she kinda expressed that he is very dangerous and she meant it was abhay...i think she made up all this..
