Im sorry to disagree. It is crucial for puppies to be around other dogs. Parvovirus is a risk for all dogs, but it is more of a risk to keep this dog hidden from other dogs. I don't know if you heard that all puppies get parvo from being around other dogs, or whatever, but you are wrong. Please look up parvovirus and understand the true facts.

it is very crucial for all dogs, not just puppies, to be around other dogs, because later on they get agressive towards dogs trying to defend their owner from them.

about the parvo, you are also right. my dog (a pitbull) got parvo. it was so sad, he was at point to die but thankfully he survived. anyway, the way he got parvo was from eating and sniffing cat poo. the vet said cat poo is very dangerous to dogs, stray cat of course.

Terriers are a very hard dog to train to be able to take outside without a leash. my Manchester Terrier is 7yo, very well trained, understands about 10 commands, but as soon as she gets outside, shes gone! she NEEDS a leash.
