My band is doing this for winter percussion and we did it 2 years ago and got the only 5 star percussion rating at MICCA in our division. We got 5 stars for the last 3 years now and best percussion at NESBA in Normal Competition and Finals!!! I love this song and can't wait to re-experiance it on snare now!!!! : D

Too bad its professional and many bands "pit"s need it to be slowed down due to the fact they cant keep up with the high tempo from the many chromatic scales and fast rolls. Otherwise many bands perform this show very well. Id still love to find a band whose pit can keep up to full tempo where as with the many new members to ours only makes it less stressful about running around they still need to practice enough to stay upbeat

@BadhornPlayer I know what you mean, also the sweet eighth-note threads, One thing i was disappointed in this show, in the second movement, we have barely melody, but then movement three comes and saves the day. lol. Anyways, my favorite is the third movement, I love the rhythm, but this is one of my favorite band shows, even though i am a freshman, last year we played Cirque Du Soleil, and that was a good show, but its nice talking to a fellow horn player!
