It's in Animal Crossing City Folk. Go to the bus stop and wait on the bus, and Kapp'n will whistle, wait (i think) 2 1/2 mins and he will whistle Totaka's Song

and a picture will pop of a scientist making a weird face at you

Hey are you still activley searching for the songs Phil? if so why not make a new video with it's latest discoveries in Animal Crossing City Folk (no surprise there) and X-Scape (or 3D Battle Tanks in Europe) for DSiWare? And perhaps alert people to the fact Totaka has worked on SSBB, Wii Music and the Wii Channels, to get more people searching there?

@PixelBen Oh, yeah, it's definitely in City Folk. It was found within a week of the game's release, actuall. When riding the bus, get to a point in Kapp'n's text where he's facing away from you, so that he whistles. Stay there and wait. Eventually, he'll whistle Totaka's Song.
