How lacking in any human decency can you be? You know better than that, a car has a gas pedal that Wade decided to press too hard for conditions, that caused him to lose control of the car. Completely his tragic choice, he knew the possible consequences, no legal issues there. Where Edwards would have a problem is if they sold the SUV knowing the axels were messed up and did nothing in order to save money, even though they knew the risk of injury or death, that is his track record.

Thats just a sickening comment you made. There are plenty of ambulance chasing, fly by night lawyers, but Edwards is not one of them. If he was, he wouldnt have his house and money. Please, have u read any of his cases, about kids killed because of product defects, etc. He didnt get all that money by chasing car accidents which are caused by human error, rest assured! They built their house on such a huge plot of land so the trees would not be clear cut and developed. They tried to keep as many of the trees as possible. The house is equipped with an incredible amount of energy saving materials, including solar panels. John has been on the campaign trail so long that he's barely seen the house.
