  • Apartments and condos are not the best living situation for an American Bulldog, unless a true commitment is made to their need for exercise.

I love all my dogs sincerely and jst incase of confusion i wish my dogs to be neither human or animal agressive...

  • are your dogs aggressive towards people? i get what you are saying about keeping them in shape and working them..thats great! As long as you are not teaching them to fight,or to attack!!!!!!!

  • @Daisy72762 My dogs are not human aggressive...

  • @ds10027 Animal Agressive?

  • @Daisy72762 fuck up idiot

  • @Daisy72762 What gives you that impression? This is a typical work out for a stoic breed like this.

    Well done

  • wonderfull. i swear.

  • You really have a great looking American Bulldog there and I love the video. I guess I have probably shown this video to all my friends who are into American Bulldogs. It is just sad to see how many people mistake this dog for a pitbull !

  • Sucks for who ever Gets him mad

  • he's so awesome!!!!

  • That boy is workin that springpole like a damn champ!

  • Where did you get Toro from? He looks like a perfect example of true bulldog, not like those johnson bullies which are useful for???

  • @DeadGamePits4Life Actually a perfect example of a true bulldog would look more like a johnson type ..remember these dogs were brought over from the u.k and looked like the johnson dogs of today whereas the scott type are more pitbull looking ...that is why the johnson is classed as the classic type and sotts as standard type ,having said that most AB's are hybrid of different types of AB hence the different shapes and sizes you get...but all are true game and sporting dogs

  • @DeadGamePits4Life Pitbulls are a cross breeding of these Bulldogs and Terriers ..they get their power and strength form the Bulldog and gameness from the Terrier..the Terriers used in the breeding programme are unclear but they say it was the white Terrier which is extinct now and/or possibly the Fox Terrier ..but its more likely they used more than 1 Terrier breed ..but the Bulldog is the more dominant trait of the Pitbull..AB's were called American Pitbull Dogs (not Terrier) untill 1970

  • @DeadGamePits4Life The name was changed because people were getting the 2 breeds confused and that is because the AB and APBT are the closest related breeds ,the only difference is that the APBT has Terrier blood whereas the AB does not but that is also unclear but it is said that the English breed the old Mastiffs with Terriers in the past to create what is now known as Bulldogs so the line between AB's and APBT's are very thin

  • What for a song?

  • Beautiful dog , i just bought a Johnson Hines hybrid ,he's 8 weeks old , i hope he turns out like Toro !!

  • @OriginalDjOutlaw He wont, he'll be full of muscle and a short jaw, they make excellent family dogs though, but aren't quite as strong a scott line ambulls.

  • @DeadGamePits4Life I just recieved my 6 generation pedigree back from NKC and he is more pure performance lines than any other breed ,he has johnsons 6 generations back but only a couple ! i knew he looked more scott type than johnson ..he is more pitbull faced with a long muzzle/jaw rather than bully. he also has 2 hines 6 generations back .from what i researched the johnson lines are more powerful than the scott due to the size..i used to breed APBT's but AB's are as great .i love this breed

  • @OriginalDjOutlaw Yeah but more size doesn't necessarily mean more strength. Since scott ab's usually have longer legs they usually pull more at weight pull competitions. However the record weight pull is held by an APBT's which is why no dog comes close to the size of the game pits heart.

  • @DeadGamePits4Life My dog is long legged and very game but i agree with you about APBT'S being the most game dogs as i used to breed them back in the late 80's early 90's untill they were banned here in the u.k : ( ..which i think is wrong because its the owners not the dogs that let the breed down !! ...in the shows i have entered my dogs the bigger Pits would pull more weight than the smaller ones which proves that size plays an important role in a dogs strength ..but maybe its a Pitbull thing

  • @OriginalDjOutlaw Slappy Pulling 9889lbs pitbull wieght power.. Check out that video. A little dogs less than 60 lbs pulls so much. My friend told me game pits pull more than any other dog no matter what the size, an english mastiff can't pull that much because they simply can't handle the discomfort or strain on their big bodies. The only dogs that come close to the pit is the ab. And I don't mean to sound smart but you don't know if your ab is game unless you pit him.

  • @DeadGamePits4Life It doesn't matter what your friend told you ..every dog is different !!and you do not have to pit a dog to see how game he is..like i said before i used to be an APBT breeder and my dogs were as game as fuck and i have never pitted but if you know about dogs then you'll know how to test their gameness without pitting...i have years of experience with pitbulls so i guess i know what im talking about ..i see your only 18 , im 37 and been studying bull breeds since i was 15 !

  • Powerfull. :)

  • american bulldog or pitbull? he looks like a scott type ambulldog

  • @rostine1980 Toro is an American Bulldog Hybrid, performance.

  • @ds10027 wat type of hybreed

  • @ds10027

This looks just like a Koura line AB (performance type) video i just watched lol. what lines are in Toro he lks smaller then a Scott more like an old southern (Type of AB) Whats his weight/height?

  • @rostine1980 This is an American Bulldog, not an American Pit Bull Terrier. It is a Scott type.

  • @CAROLMRAMOS No... Not a scott type, a hybrid!

  • @ds10027 do you hog these dogs? please keep it up don't let those dog go fat and flabby like those PIGBULLS BULLY.

  • @ilikesuzuki Not yet... But I have a friend in Florida who does and has invited us out to do it! Just haven't had the time. Thanks, I keep them in shape, have to work them daily cause if I don't they'll drive me crazy all day!!! LOL!

  • @ds10027 yeah that's right man it's sad that too many people breed the blue PIGBULLS and BULLIES that are way too fat and unhealthy. i think you dogs will excellent catch dogs seem like they got a lot of drive, one way to know let them get a piece of it and let me know, bty can you make a video if you go? thanks

  • @ds10027 yeah that's right man it's sad that too many people breed the blue PIGBULLS and BULLIES that are way too fat and unhealthy. i think your dogs will make excellent catch dogs seem like they got a lot of drive, one way to know is let them get a piece of it and let me know, bty can you make a video if you go? thanks

  • @ds10027 whats the difference between scott and johnson, is it their build or colouring?

  • @VaNdAlL04 Johnson's are heavier and more bully looking, i.e. shorter muzzle and what not.

  • @ds10027 so pistol is more of a scott and toro is on the johnson side? love pistol's drive my GSD has crazy drive like that but were looking for a am bull now too

  • @CAROLMRAMOS its a hybrid not scott

  • Nice dog. Is that out of some of that old White English stock?

  • bonne image !!!racaille land

  • Man thats a powerfull american bulldog !!! I also have a american bulldog. thats the perfectly dog breed !

  • great American Pit you have clean

  • @lbtsucks American Bulldog, not a pit...

  • What a truly magnificent animal you have there. Magnificent in terms of athletic ability, drive and conformation. I have a pure Johnson male imported from Denmark and a hybrid Scott Johnson bitch from the states. Both very large but both bred to be performance animals and athletic. I'm in Australia and will be breeding these fine animals in a years or so. You cant beat em s a dog.. the best there ever will be for so many reasons

  • American Bulldog is good

  • wow I love your dog man. I have a Pit myself. hes one year old and i still need to work on his obedience. BTW you videos help a lot.

  • @superninja87 Glad to hear they help you! Good luck with your bulldog!!!

  • Belter him

  • He is beautiful. This is Def. gonna be one of my favorites. awesome song too!!!

  • Beautiful drive on this dog. what size spring do you use and whats the weight limit?

  • I use two 100 lb gate springs. Max weight = 200lb. My boy Toro weighs about 102 lb and Pistol is about 75 lb now. They can both hang from it and it holds their weight well. You can pick up the springs at any home depot for a few bucks each.

  • Wow....i am sooo impressed with what you have done with toro, he is truly an amazing dog. SOoo, i took your advice and started letting bruno win, and BINGO! IT WORKED! He even gave the homemade springpole a try that i set up in the house, he tugged on it a bit so i unclipped it after a few tugs and let him have his rope, then i clipped it up again and he jumped for it!! He lost interest fast, but stil jumped! How do you maintain there attention long enough for them to really enjoy it?

  • You have to keep working with him on his drive. Keep the sessions short. Don't let him have the rope when ever he wants it, he'll loose interest that way. Only bring it out when you're working him. Remember you have to make what ever bite item you're using move in an exciting way.

  • Hold it lower, at his eye level, shake it at one side and when he goes for it quickly move it behind switching it to the other hand on the other side of you. When you do the switch, make sure you're always facing him, slightly turn your body and do it quick enough that he sees it pop out on the other side. You don't want him losing it behind you. Don't forget, in the beginning only switch once or twice helping him get the win early.

  • When he bites it, let him win right then and give it to him. Praise him. When he's moving faster after it (which is going to take time with a lower driven dog,) then you can begin to hold on to it when he gets the bite, giving him a short tug of war game and then the win. Repeat... Also, remember to keep the training very short 3-5min only.

  • great dog

  • Thank you.

  • great~!! i LIKE your bulldog

  • Thanks

  • At what age can you start your dog on the springpole?

  • When they start growing their adult teeth is a good time, adult teeth can take the tork of twisting and pulling. But let your dog get to atleast one year old before you start doing really hard core work outs.

  • thats a lovely lookin dog mate! such great build! i have a 2 year old american bulldog cross staffordshire bull terrier

  • First off to the 3 people below me... "LEARN YOUR BREED" This is not a PIT BULL!!! Did you bother to read the name of the video??? American Bull Dog....

    not American Pit Bull Terrier!!!

  • read the conversation ding dong.

  • @THEHOUSE001

Its sad that they get confused all the time , I have people cross the road just to get away from my american bulldog because he looks like a "pitbull"

  • I had a female that did the same thing with the rope in the back yard. I have a male who likes to play tug of war, but doesnt like the rope too much. Both were extremely friendly dogs. American bulldogs may look similar to pitbulls, but they are 1000 times safer. Pitbulls are scary, I understand it's the trainer, not the dog, but how many people do you know that have pitbulls only as a status symbol, or guard dog? You dont see too many pits in the rich suburbs!

  • drtre6413 - Actually, American Bulldogs are also Dog Aggressive, they have bulldog blood in them and in FACT American Bulldogs are used more so in Guard Dog work. The APBT should never ever ever show human aggression, the ONLY TIME that it's excusable is if the owner/family is in REAL DANGER.

  • coloreddonut- tell that to my 4 friends that were attacked by my friend Ryans pitbull, it finally attacked Ryans own little brother causing 27 stiches in his thigh, and thats when the father had enough, and had the dog put to sleep. We all knew that dog well, but you couldnt even shake hands with ryan without his dog wanting to kill your ass. Dog was unpredictable, especially with Ryan not around. Needless to say how it was towards other animals

  • and that dog was baby'd more than any dog ive ever seen, raised in a family with 4 kids, so explain that

  • drtre6413 - A sound pitbull will never be Human Aggressive, There's simply no excuse for a confident dog to see humans as a threat UNLESS the owner or family were in immediate REAL danger. There's a huge difference between a dog that can tell the dfiference between friend and foe to a dog that sees a simple handshake as a threat. Human Aggressive Pit Bulls SHOULD BE PUT DOWN.

  • for sure, and I agree its sad for pit bulls, but it seems like the people who dont want to train their dogs right, get pitbulls. I just dont get it! Everyone wants a tough looking and acting dog, but once the dog does what it thinks is right like bite someone, it does get a bad rap. People should have to go through a series of qualifications or classes before owning a high energy, protective breed like that, because in many cases, its like owning a loaded weapon.

  • These Dogs(APBTs) American Pit Bull Terriers were bred to fight in the pit, they were not bred to be guardian/protection dogs. Do you know what a real APBT looks like? Any soud pit bull will never be Human Aggressive, even under the most extreme situations such as broken legs, torn muscles, dehydration/exhaustion, blood loss, etc....

Irresponsible ownership is common when you have a dog that IS the #1 bred dog in the United States.

  • Great idea. Then maybe so many wouldn't end up in shelters.

  • Being babyd is precisely why the dog became aggressive mentally and physically strong breeds such as pitbulls need constant discipline, affection without discipline in a pitbull will produce a dominant aggressive dog 100 percent of the time the same is true with just about any breed, but it is only noticed as a problem with large dogs that are powerful enough to do serious damage such as pitbulls. Most pomeranians if placed in a pitbull's body would be thought of as vicious killers.

  • drtre6413 - So one bad dog takes the rap for the rest?

  • drtre6413 - Plus, majority of people don't know what a real APBT looks like.

  • I'm sure you are right with that.

  • Calm yourself, ignoramous, pitbulls are NOT 1000 times more dangerous than a Ambull. It's all in how you raise them, ofcourse you don't see pits in the rich suburbs, rich folk usually own lame ass breeds like huskys, poodles, pomeranians, etc.

  • hey asshole, read my first comment. Fool.

and you dont see pits in rich suburbs because those people don't have anything to prove like people in poorer areas just trying to look hard or guard their grow houses from cops. you see breeds like German Shepards, Rotts, and other dogs, besides for the breeds you labeled.

  • drtre6313 - Rich Suberbs, go tell that to some of the people on

    pitbull-chat(dot)com

Who have large Mansions and live in the "Rich Subberbs"

  • I'm sure, but they are also responsible, and not letting their viscious dogs run the streets. You're right, it is stupid people that don't train a dog correctly, it's just unfortunate for pits because they get the bad rap.

  • and also, the "rich suburb" pits are trained, because people that are successful are not totally irresponsible like the stereotypical pitbull owner. All I'm saying is, when you see a pit being walked down the road, look at who's walking it, 9/10 times its some punk gang member or tough guy wanting to show how small their penis's are by having a mean fighting dog.

  • I just check out your guard dog list, that first dog is awesome looking! there all cool, but that first one is statuesque, really proud looking dog for sure.

  • Hey stupid shit, why don't you stop being a cock sucking pussy. I don't have my pitbull to look tough retard, hes a nice dog. Go back to owning your lamess ass rottweiler or gs.

And remember, if ain't pit, it ain't shit. : )

  • I'm the cock sucking pussy? I'm not the tough guy talking shit on the internet. What are you gonna do if I see you ever in person? Hit me with your glasses? Get a life.

  • Your the one trolling through youtube turd. Saying shit about pitbulls, your just another pitbull hater. You can't stand the fact that their the best all around dogs. Your rottweiler is ok, I guess.

Remeber, if it ain't pit, it ain't shit. : )

  • I have an american bulldog, pit mix, not a rott

  • Yeah rotts are strong but they can't last long in a fight.

  • its like a dog workout

  • To all you people who loop dogs like this into the category of "dangerous pitbulls"... if you treat your dog right and keep it happy, it will be a good dog. My American bulldog Petey is the biggest baby, he will crawl into your lap and lick you to death, he absolutely loves kids, and cuddles up at night right next to my black lab. to have an energetic dog like this takes patience and responsibility.

  • Awesome video! I had American Bulldogs growing up and I've been wanting to get one for a long time now. I just need to get a bigger place. Thanks for sharing, he is a very beautiful dog.

  • I think he killed the tree. :) Awesome dog! That's some crazy shaking!

  • ¡¡¡ perros poderosos !!!

  • gracias

  • my american bulldog left me with the most highest respect 4 this breed. he attacked two men breaking into my house and fended off more, also when i was walking him two pitbulls got loose n attacked me n my dog n rosco took care of both in my eyes there is not better bread...ur dog looks like a champ very impressed. R.I.P rosco

  • yeah american bulldogs are amazing, i've got one right now she's 14 weeks old and boy can she fight! my other 2 dogs (who is a staffy/labrador/bullmastiff) is 3 years old and my other 14 week old puppy (boxer x sharpei) both ganged up on her and she took them both on and won! she's just amazing lol sorry to hear about the loss of your dog though :(

  • yea yo they r a monster bread i also have a mastiff named hogan now he is a french mastiff n he is a pretty tough dog but i still love american bulldogs so much

  • Nice comment. Im considering this breed for a family protector.

  • Well a lot of ambulls do have pitbull in them just like some big pitbulls have ambull in them. What type of bulldog do you have johnson or scott or the old southern white(True Ambulls). Also those "pits" you mentioned are ghetto/street pitbulls. Not the gamebred dogs like I have, gamebred pits are the absolute best dogs in the world IMO.

  • yeah my american bulldog is exactly the same way. she keeps jumping over our 8ft fence. they are so athletic

  • Spinning bulldog! XD lol

  • The day that tree comes down will be the best day in Toro's life because he will have finally won! It is an honorable death!!! Lol.

  • Awesome Ambull!!! My second favorite breed next to the American Pit Bull.

  • that was a big azz rat running across that power line wow.

  • It's a squirrel.

  • Real nice!

  • excellent dog!!! verry athletic. love the breed! very lean and fit. hard to get a dog to look like that. check out my american bulldog. he's pertty athletic too.... i just need to work on his conditioning

  • I hope your bulldog Toro are very kind and love a children ahahaha

  • Toro is very kind and gentle with children. You can see it in another of his videos with my daughter Mika. Check it out...

  • my american bulldog female is just now about 5 months old.how old should she be to start her on a biting tree like you have here?

  • How much does he weigh?

  • In this video he's about 102 lbs.

  • Is that hes "conditioned weight"? As in almost all muscle and little body fat.

  • Yes I try to keep him conditioned. He's one years old here in this video. He is two now and still at a performance weight. He's put on a little more muscle mass both on his body and his head and weighs about 105 lbs.

  • OMG! what a studmuffin! How do you keep him in shape? I CANNOT tire my guy out and I'm considering a treadmill. My Moose looks just like your guy build wise, totally ripped and I wanna keep him that way. He is a rescue, about 14 months old, 105 pounds. Fairly high energy compared to my lazy female AB! I weigh 115 pounds, so he has been a real challenge to learn to handle!

  • Beautiful american bulldog.

  • have these dogs got the jaw power of pittbulls

  • More!
