Guys, in B minor, the barre with your indexfinger is pretty easy because you just have to press the string down at the second frets on the second A, and the sixth E string. So don't waste your power with pressing the entire frets at the second position. Sorry for my english, i hope people will understand. :)

I'd personally throw a capo on the first fret instead, and play E, C#m, and A. But then, I'm lazy and will take minimal finger movement every day of the week. Lots of ways to do it, but I play the E, then when I go to C#m, I just drop my pinkie on the 2nd fret of the B string (4-string chord). Then to play the A, I just slide my middle and ring fingers over 1 string. Then I just slide them back and lift my pinkie off. Lazy :)
