Actually, people who watch strictly have lives. It is an entertainment programme which appeals to the nation and is just a weekly programme in autumn. It demonstrates the art of Ballroom and Latin DANCE, incorporated into entertainment. I am a teenager learning Ballroom Dancing, and this programme really helps me.
@LeopoldStotchRules, omg i never thought anyone else saw that. chris is so bland and lacks personality, plus he's not such a great dancer. he cant carry portay the character of different dances and embody the spirit of them. hes just boring.ali's latin is awful, all she can do is be elegant and smooth for the viennese waltz i mean she's supposed to be an actress right ? so why cant she seem to pull off other personalities in her latin? Ricky's just great. he's got it all and is the besr by far!
When Len said how the last lift was not needed I totally disagreed with him. Ricky was lifting Natalie over the rainbow for pities sake! The last lift was lovely and beautiful and nicely done with Ricky being strong might I add so Ricky ignore Len cause that last lift made that routine! Well done! X
It's perfectly clear to anyone who understands dance that Ricky should win. Ali in a pinch. She's gorgeous in ballroom - bordering on awful in latin. Ricky can be fabulous in ballroom and always at least adequate in latin. How anyone could think Chris should win is beyond me. Unless they actually don't have the faintest idea of what they speak lol. Even on personality, he's a void to me. So fake, so TV trained. Euch.
I keep saying this 'cos it really gets makes me annoyed but Len is not giving him any credit because he isn't doing the SCD live tour. Len was the same with Alesha, Gethin and Austin. He will only rate them if they are on the tour ie. Ali. It makes a joke of the whole show. Ricky Whittle is one of the best male contestants they have ever had! Len give him the respect he deserves.
it annoys me that all of the judges show favouritism to ali. she got 40 in her waltz yet chris and old only got 30 something for their dance at blackpool when it wa equally as good. and ali's cha cha was boring and she made a mistake yet she still got top marks. they've really gone off ricky i think....they definately want ali to win. i think chris should though.
i agree with what you are saying about ali she just isnt that good.... i think she should have got a 40 at black pool cause it was good but her cha cha was just poor and she still got a really good mark.
i do think chris and ola are good too but for me its ricky (richard lol) whittle to win.
the ideal final in my opinion would be ricky, laila and chris. the series has been quite boring this year as the front runners were clear from the start. theres nobody who can really challenee ricky and ali and i fear that if it came down to the two of them and the judges had to save one theyd pick ali even if ricky wa better. but if they did then we'd have no eye candy! i still think zoe should have stayed when it came down to her and ali. she was so much better!!

same i agree, len's a complete idiot. an 8?!!! he gave the same to laila's dance which is ridiculous. i would have given this a 10 defo. and he marked it down TWO POINTS just because he didnt like a lift. i got so angry when he called the lift stupid. ive always hated len
