I've had eye surgery for cancer, it was found on a routine eye check up so get over to your local opticians & book an eye test now.

This is a real eye & yes it did hurt like hell for about a week after.

@aMbeRLolZ666 There are a couple of choices, 1 you go to sleep, 2 you get the eye numbed & LOTS of seditive or 3 you only get the eye numbed & have a nice chat to the surgeon as he works. I got a copy of my operation on DVD & understand why the eye hurt afterwards. The pain depends on how fast the swelling goes & fast the muscles recover.

I only had a grit feeling in my eye for about a week but that was the stiches, after the swelling went down at approx 10 days, I had mild pain but normal over the counter tablets sorted that. I had my eye op 7 weeks ago & can see shapes, light & movement. Hope this helps you
