So does going Path of Hoeth allow you to deliver much dmg at all or is it all primarily a debuffing path? Thanks.

It depends on your tactics setup you can be a quite powerful PAOE debuffer or, on the other hand, you can deal quite a lot of damage (I'm pretty often very near or at the top of the damage lists in scenarios), though the damage is done mostly DOT (Over time) and not DD (directly applied).

pvp fights like this are brilliant. When both sides have enough tanks and healers to have good healers, and good healer protection. Makes fights alot more interesting.

I think I'll avoid this one when I roll my Runepriest; Line of Sight looks like a nightmare in most places.
