spawns all over LC as far as i know. You may need to acomplish some missions. NRG is not available till certain mission. IDK if hapens the same with PCJ

the opponent in SA are SO easy if they are harder then the ones in IV then those should be evn easier

agree, PS2 version opponents got the good dificult IMO. PC way too easy. Dont know PS3 nor xbox racers
1.58 was amazing and lucky :P ... pcj's are all over the 3 islands as far as i know ... not specific spawn just everywhere \0/ woOoot
