i downloaded the playstation rom for this and it keeps freezing up in story mode it freezes as soon as my first character comes out and in vs. mode i freezes up after the first special move or whatever when the power bar goes all the way on one side can anyone tell me why and how i can fix this.

Can someone please tell me how much this is worth, because I have this game. And, I remember when it was given to me, it was already worth a lot. The price may have dropped though. I still even have the case.

@BloodyDoves Not much. The import version is hard to sell these days for $20 with the spine card and all. If you had the rare Saturn PAL version though, I could see you getting a fair buck for it ($40 or more).

@Vysethedetermined2 Thanks. I have the PSX version, and my neighbor has the Saturn version. Unfortunately, not PAL. Just NTSC J.

I guess it's worth selling for a quick buck. I will just play through it one more time today, and then find a buyer on ebay, for cheap. ;)

@BloodyDoves Depends.. still wrapped can fetch to around $40-$60 for the ps1 version... if it's opened it's about $20-$30

Nice graphics. The gameplay looks better than the other DBZ games; more than 2 on screen at once. Nice. The AI also seems very good unless that's 4 human players.

I remember playing this as a kid as well. I haven't played a game like this in ages. Unfortunately, I don't have the game anymore. Can you tell me if this game has multiplayer? I can't remember if it did or not. It's been over a decade ago. Truly a classic, it's a shame it never saw a US release.

The 2 DBZ games I played had the Saiyan Saga Characters ommited.

But now I see what this game is made of.

(sadly it didn't make it 2 the U.S.)

Sup, I have the Saturn version. I used to have tons of fun w/ this game back when Saturn imports were becoming more and more popular here in the states, but yea it is ugly and repetitive. I still think this game has more original gameplay mechanics and is closer to the show than anything else they've come up with since, that's for sure.

Well it could probably become a legendary fighter rather then just an anime...

Which would be quite a feet.

If todays dragon ball z was like this you can bet i would play it.
