@Lukeentertainment because the car was getting a new engine anyway so i didn't care. it had 4 cracked rings and a spun bearing. rebuilt it, sold it..now have a semi-built STi
@timesareturning Did you have your car tuned? because if its not tuned and you don't have a boost controller you wouldn't even hit 15 psi, 300zx stock turbos are at about 8.5 psi... i just had mine tuned and they raised my boost from 8.5 to 14.8
@iMSTrATeeGiiK car was tuned on a z1 ECU for my modifications and i had an EBC set to 16psi i think. i knew what i was doing and what was wrong with the car. it had nothing to do with a tune. go try to hit full boost on blown turbos and tell me how it goes.
@twist6151 do me a favor..read the description before you think you know everything. my car had blown turbo's, it wouldn't hold boost. at the top of third i finally had enough rpm to get the turbos going so i caught him. shifted to fourth and i was making MAYBE 8 psi. you can hear it in the blow off valves, notice how loud they are in third and how soft they are in fourth.

pretty sure the oil seals are completely gone. also i had minimal shaft play prior to the swap 2 years ago so...10k miles later they are pretty much done. the car boosts...just verrrry slowly. wastegates are fine i think..they're relatively new.
