yes, there were black snipers on the tops of buildings taking pot shots at coast guard helicopters - rather than try to help - that were trying to airlift patients out and bring medicines and doctors in. i watch fox news, so it was probably staged that way to make the rioters look criminal. i watched it being filmed as it was being done and some doctors and nurses complained about being shot at. i don't think they did that at the rodney king riots.
they just tried to keep the fires out.
