  • @zealotforhim pure bullocks

  • Bible cannot be taken seriously before it resolve its own contradictions and inconsistency which accounted up to 316. Then how about take then Quran it has less problems? Anyway we as humans grown up moral and creation stories than they like to be superior, and we have abundant knowledge.

  • @symmetry08: it cannot be taken serious by you or anyone in the natural mind..the natural man on his own can not receive the things of God neither can he know them they are foolishness to the them, because they are spiritually discerned...God is a spirit and he draws people by his spirit through circumstances, words, pictures, other people etc..The truths in the bible speak to mens hearts and consciences, refutation, denial, justification take place in the defiant arrogant intellect

  • If all scientific services and utilities simply stopped working one day who would theists call to reinstate everything ??.They should simply pray but we know nothing would be fixed without human intervention. Why does god creates hurricanes and other disasters that cause so much pain and suffering.even causing the death of peoplle in collapsed churches to die.Go figure ....????

  • Listening to Ray Comfort really tests my patience. The guy is so brainwashed it is sad.

  • @ec123456789able I think believing in nothing is sad..

  • Notice how thunder foot deliberately gives no eye contact to Ray when he speaks yet Ray is always being respectful to him and giving him eye contact when he speaks.

  • One day, Tfoot, all your intellect will melt away before God, and you will be revealed as a fool. Definition of "reveal;" "1: to make know through divine inspiration." The fact is that you make greater assumptions to form your logic than you accuse Ray of making.

  • The look of despair on TFoots face! Its like he is just baring it through a conversation with a five year old.

  • Comment removed

  • Garbage in, garbage out. They both have very good reasons to believe in what they say. The difference is in what got in. I cant imagine how can one describe the color red to a blind person. The brain will always try to get to a conclusive explanation of the data that gets into it. That is why children believe in the monster in the closet and is why the least educated civilizations are also the most superstitious. Garbage in, garbage out.

  • I thought TF was gooing to be converted at 8:20

  • Ray does not seem to be familiar with anything Thunderfoot talks about. Ray has to explain these fundamental ideas to Ray as if he were a child.

Are all Christians this ignorant of these ideas?

  • @freethinkerer In short, No. It's like having a child that fails a test at school. The school calls you and tells you. When you're child comes home you ask him how his day went how he's doing in his classes because you want to hear it straight from your child.

  • I think animals can form conceptions of others in their species. I have an example using smell rather than sight: rats in the presence of more virile rats (secreting more pheremones) will lose their sexual desire and capacity. It's not refuting the point, but refining it.

  • @gamerunknown

Oh and I wouldn't say empathising with animals necessitates anthropomorphising them*, since given our understanding of avoidant behaviours, nociceptors and the central nervous system we can say with some degree of certainty** that animals outside our species experience pain.

    * Though it would require some empathy: intact limbic system (damaged in psychopaths).

** The same arguments that'd negate this would be used to support solipsism: Descartes, simple enumeration.

  • This is actually informative .. listening to Thunderf00t .. looks like a father-son situation reversed :)

  • Thunderfoot was born in the same year Ray was born again. Therefore, God exists.

  • Ray constantly tries to derail Thunderf00t by making side comments and mumbling while Thunderf00t is trying to talk. tricky ass trickster.

  • I'd never "debate" with this guy. It's like banging your head to a concrete wall. I once sat next to a girl like that for 2,5 hours on the train. She tried to preach to me. It just made me more of an atheist.

I have no clue why Scientology is called a religion. It's a silly club.

  • Todd is satan!....Its almost unbelievable how thunderfoot has slippped up here..The true genesis behind him,the theory of evolution, all satans words to scoop up those who know no better.

  • In all seriousness thunderfoot is extremely lost!.

Its almost made-up on the spot..lol Hollow!

  • *starts building the first official Church of Tod*

  • all hail lord todd

  • People like ray are not "stupid" as some people are saying.

I am an athiest. But I can see where Ray is coming from.

Christianity is designed to ignore logic. Christians, like Ray, leave questions unanswered under the guise of faith.

Ray seems to knowingly ignore the gaps in logic that Thunderf00t points out because he thinks that God's existence is undeniable despite the inconsistencies.

Any Scientific justification that comes from Ray is simply gander to reinforce his faithbasedassertions.

  • Is "Comfort" his real name or just a character name he has created himself to sound like some prophet or something that he is a comfort to us and here to heal and guide? Well whatever hes a fucking nutjob and he has no intelligence what so ever and is confused by every word coming our of Thunderf00t's mouth.

  • Lol at the christianmingle ad.

  • Ray doesn't even listen, he's just waiting for thunderf00t to stop talking while he's thinking about having Jesus' dick inside his mouth

  • Respond to this video... What a gracious man thunderfOOT is ! I could not have sat there in the beginning of this video and had this man preach at me!!

  • @420gma What? Have you watched how gracious Ray is to sit there and listen to thunderfoots dribble. Ray is the gracious one who is reaching out to thunder foot.

  • @Robcartl If you say so .lol But my bet Ray is just sitting because he's too stupid to understand what ThunderfOOt is trying to tell him !

  • @420gma Your bet hey. Rays points had far more weight than mr thunder, even atheist MAtt dilahunty believed that Ray beat thunder foot in this debate.

  • @Robcartl So what? Ray Comfort does this for a living. Thunderf00t is a youtuber. If Ray was to take on someone like Dawkins, he would get destroyed.

  • @SuperBspb Dawkins??? HAve you seen John Lennox destroy dawkins in a debate. Ray is not a professional debater, but he could easily out do Dawkins, whose debating skills are terrible.

  • @Robcartl Ok TF is not the best debater .So what does that prove? That some book written thousands if years ago proves that god exists ! I don't think so.

  • @420gma Of course it does not prove that the Bible is true. That is a different topic of debate you have brought up. As far as historically true, there is more original transcripts of the Bible than for any other ancient book on earth. But as far as for it being the truth, only those who God opens their eyes to the book, will believe it (The Bible itself says this.) You're within your rights to reject it.But please make sure you reject it only after carefully considering its content.

  • @Robcartl Circle arguement..you know something cause the bible says it..and why do you believe the bible...there is no original author and translated several times

  • @KeySour I believe the Bible because I have read it. Just as you believe something because you read it. I don't stop believing just because KeySour Doesn't believe and says it is rubbish.

  • @Robcartl Ok so you believe any book until its been proven wrong yes?

  • @Robcartl

I read LORD OF THE RINGS. But I don't believe it actually happened.

I read CATCHER IN THE RYE. But I know it's just fiction.

I read THE BIBLE. Just fiction.

  • @joshbmorrow Even in the days of Jesus not everyone who heard Him believed in Him. So it is today, not everyone who reads His words will believe in Him. If you believe the Bible is fiction, that's your conviction, I don't share it, but you are welcome to think what you want. God Bless ya

  • If God choose's who dies then God is responsible for every abortion on this planet. If He choose's who is born He is also responsible for every rape resulting in pregnancy. And by default He is responsible for every abortion due to rape. Your God is a monster.

  • It's two people having two completely different discussions.

The only thing I wonder is did Ray understand ANYTHING Thunderfoot said to him.

  • Love how he sidesteps the conversation by talking about his gay lover Todd. Apparantly he worships Todd, just listen to how he describes Todd, Todd sounds like a satanic priest who has warped poor little Studderfoot's mind !

  • @SugaNutt

You seem frustrated, what is the point in comments like yours except for venting some personal emotional frustration?

  • @SugaNutt LOL! What an "ultra-maroonic" thing to say!

  • The agonizing slowness of Ray astounds me, he did not understand what Thunderf00t was trying to point out for the entire Tod example. Thunderf00t literally tells him Tod won't die and he needs people to take him into the heart or else he hates them, and he doesn't fucking get it!

  • have you noticed that each video the views go down thats the christians realizing they've lost...

  • haha, Ray agreed on Thunderfoots clever statement (2.40ish) that science is about knowing things and religion is about believing things. Ergo, Religion is NOT about knowing things. nice one.

  • @AMomentOfClarity2011

Their both the same once you place the microscope on them.

  • @Yaddrasile by that concept you think one could say science is about believing things and religion is about knowing things. I disagree. Religion by default depends on a LACK of proof and belief is possible WITHOUT Proof. Knowing things requires some evidence.

You can believe a unicorn exists, you can know an apple exists. Reverse that and it makes no sense.

  • @AMomentOfClarity2011

lol, I wasn't reversing it. And I do apologize if you got that impression. My statement, if I can refine it, would be both forms of reasoning (Religious and Scientific) can turn into perplexing paradoxes upon careful review. But with what you said, would you agree Evolution is a belief?

  • @Yaddrasile No. People can accept evolution as it is proven fact. I can accept that the earth rotates orbits around the sun, because they are fact. Belief is irrelevant. One can disbelieve them by ignoreing the facts but they are not relying on belief to be true.

Belief when used with religion does not require fact to be evident. People believe in talking serpents despite no proof ever existing that validates that. People belief that the universe was made in 6 days, but NOT know if this is true

  • @AMomentOfClarity2011

I'd say Evolution isn't "proven fact". Fact would mean "having been observed". That's not the case with Evolution. Yes, Evolution points to evidence and claim the conclusion to be fact, but that isn't the case in strict definition. But when I was speaking about science... how do you know you know? Science, I agree, is about knowledge, but how does one know he/she knows? Just a bit of thinking is all, lol. I don't want to strike up a debate.

  • @Yaddrasile Evolution is proven, and continues to be validated as it is constantly checked and challenged.

The dna proves that we originated from an ancestor of apes. Scientists have witnessed evolution with bacteria and insects. The only reason its hard to visually see one animal become another is the time period such changes require that would significantly differentiate between one and another (thousands of generations). Hence the use of fossil records to help support the Theory.

  • @Yaddrasile How does one know that something science says is true. That is a valid question. By peer group review, that is your answer. That is why science is constantly refining itself. Any claim is bombarded with retests, reviews and again even more tests. That is why old concepts are discarded.

There is no absolute way of knowing everything in our life via direct observation and presonal experience, so we rely on this method for truth. IT works so far.

  • @AMomentOfClarity2011

I happen to know IT works, I'm in that field, lol. Thanks for you statement. I'm sure you can tell I do believe in a Supreme Being, God. If I was to take it farther I'd say I know he exist. That's the state I'm in now. I'd be the first to tell you its a logical decision for me. Nothing emotional nor any crackpot beliefs, lol. Personally and aside from the video, what your "belief" if you will?

  • @Yaddrasile I was a catholic, then a deist, now an atheist.

I found that the bible, and the basic logic of my old religion required a constant stream of unquestioning faith to keep it viable, and any question left gaping holes in the stories that were presented.

Over decades I demolished the concept until there was nothing left but to concede that Christianity is a lie. By default that also disproves Islam and Judaism. While I have not looked at other remaining faiths in detail, I still research

  • @Yaddrasile Now its your turn. Why is it a logical decision for you? (remember no crackpot theories or pleas on emotional cases).

The most common proof offered on youtube in the few months I have been on is personal experience, but these are always poorly described or so irrelevant that actions are happenstance. Some say they hear god or even see god but of course that is their reason and there are plenty of ways of disproving that such claims should be believed.

  • @AMomentOfClarity2011

That's a tall order, lol. Logical you say, here's a nutshell. I know the universe didn't come from "nothing" as some science hold. I know it didn't come from "a" multiverse as Hawkings would believe (numbers as evidence just isn't enough). I know there's an unprecedented amount of order in the universe that stacks up against the chances on one existing on its own numerically. Although many hate this argument, I recognize the fine tuning of universal properties...

  • @Yaddrasile Your arguement is one to support deism then? That there are unknown or extremely impressive forces at work in the universe and you do not accept that it could occur naturally so you assume a god did it. Even if this was true, which is not proof in any way shape or form, that would still not make this creator a personal loving being, it would simply apply that a creator started the natural forces that shape the universe.

    Is that your belief?

  • @Yaddrasile Ok, now to counter your arguement.

    1. nothing is not nothing as you conceive it, it means simply that at the start of the universe matter and energy were in another form (nothing we recognise as present in this universe currently). The multiuniverse theory you disregard on what premise? (I would need to read up on it to properly discuss it in detail)..

    Continued.

  • @Yaddrasile 2. You don't accept the odds of our universe or perhaps even our intelligent evolution (?) happening without divine intervention. OK, I get that, but what proof do you offer that it is a divine or supernatural occurance that replaces chance as a cause. An unknown cause is the default position here, not a leap to adding a divine cause. When you say 'unprecedented' order, what are you referring to by contrast (since you dismiss multi-verse). You are making assumptions without cause

  • @Yaddrasile Your last comment is incorrect in terms of cause for leaning towards the supernatural.

People by default are extremely vulnerable in a hostile and dangerous universe. Life could be considered an aberration of the norm. 99% of the universe is anti-life in terms of conditions.

So to rationalise all these crummy and scary things people make up stories to alleviate this terror of the unknown. Adding gods that look and act like them helps explain stuff they are ignorant about.

  • @AMomentOfClarity2011

My conclusion was logical. It has no measure of fear nor hostility in account of the properties of the universe. I stand on the numerical outcome for the existence of life and even this Universe. No emotional pretexts remember, lol. I'd think it'll be a greater leap of faith arguing the non-existence of God when "99% of the Universe is Anti-life". I substantiate this claim by comparing Hawking's multiverse belief against any physical evidence (his evidence is conceptual.)

  • @Yaddrasile Ah, I wish youtube would actually add ALL your comments to my inbox not a fraction of them.

"No emotional pretexts remember" comment I now address. I completely understand where you are coming from. I was a deist and tried to justify that a divine hand must be in the mix to allow life to exist. However I found that I was adding assumptions without any evidence other than that I had no other explanation. So instead I seek NEW explanations for why things are instead of "gap Goding" it

  • @Yaddrasile Furthermore, the 99% is not proof of god but if anything proof against god.

There is a very small chance life can exist, and the universe is proof of this. That does not mean that god had a hand in it. However since 99% of the universe is hostile to life, a creater must have had a twisted view of love or even interest in our wellbeing to create it. If one planet in 10 million may support life then it is chance not divine mandate that allows it. Otherwise why the 99%.

  • @AMomentOfClarity2011

lol. That 99% clause seems to be subjective. So I'll put it like this; the odds for life are profoundly against the numbers. You heard the examples; blow up a printing press and hope to assemble the Encyclopedia Britannica or lead a twister into a junkyard of disassembled planes and assemble a pristine Boeing 747. These are examples given by mathematicians and physicist to express the magnitude of those chances.

  • @AMomentOfClarity2011 Logically... a more solid theory is, "that isn't the story of our origin". Logically if you hold to that you've committed a fallacy of Special Pleading. I'd like you to logically follow that thought... if it isn't a proof of God but against, whats the alternative when facing these absurd facts? Within the worldview of Naturalism miracles aren't real. So why life with the odds of 99%?

  • @Yaddrasile We agree to take this to PMs instead as Youtube keeps messing up passing on your replies in full.

  • @AMomentOfClarity2011

I hold firm to the simple truth of "something from nothing" is illogical and simply absurd. To add to that, there's my reason for concluding Naturalism having supernatural origins (despite the name).

  • @Yaddrasile While I agree it is hard to conceive that something comes from nothing, the fact that 'nothing' is not a void or a blank space but simply another form of material not fully defined in laymans terms as it does not conform with our knowledge of the current universe. I would accept that you reject the hypothesis, but what justification is there to simply add a god into the mix.

There may be other altenatives we have yet to discover. A mystical being is equally absurd in my opinion.

  • @AMomentOfClarity2011

(strong nuclear force, weak nuclear force, atmoic fusion to produce carbon etc). These are the few logical reasons I know theres a God. My last comment would be; every belief spin towards supernatural origins. So, naturalism is just as supernatural as theism.

  • @Yaddrasile I will accept that people use the word to mean both things. But in the context of this video i felt it was an important distiction that may have intentionally been stated and Ray overlooked because he was talking about a religion that was not his own (scientology).

  • You can see that Ray's just saying all his "arguments" and barely listens to Thunderf00t when he says that embracing heaven will erase your fear of death even though Thunderf00t just said he didnt fear death...

It's such a good thing Ray isnt respected!

  • So christianity doesnt lead to happiness?? Whats the point then?

  • Todd reminds me of a giant rabbit I know...

  • They should just fulfill what the other person wants. That is TF 'repent', and Ray to do some actual scientific research. But of course, for Ray it will be too much effort, that is why he chooses to be god's bitch. LOL

  • 00:17 when Ray speaking all this 'I will love you' I m very surprised that TF did not punch him in the face, cos I m rubbing on my scene so hard on Ray's face

  • I will name my son Tod..

  • Every time Ray Comfort says he knows God, he knows how the Universe came to be etc. I face palm. You have an ILLUSION of certainty, based on faith and assumption.

  • Let's assume for the sake of argument that god is real and he can and does communicate with people, why the hell does he almost always show himself to people who are already Christian? God sounds like a fucking moron to me.

  • Up next "cat attacking DVD player" ... seriously..WTF?

  • @ElectrumShiv They needed to suggest something that makes more sense than religion.

  • How is hatred murder? Hatred is a condition when you are both emotionally hurt + angry because of that hurt and the two become mutually conducive because of the memory repeating the initial hurt. Kind of like a cyclone in the head. Surly the closest to the murderer is who deliberately caused the initial hurt. Yes it can lead to murder in extreme cases but its not murder in itself. So its the self that is harmed by this condition. Religion can be so unjust.

  • Accept Tod as your savior and win a free PSP

  • I love that smirk on Thunderf00ts face when Ray said:"I've got a love for you"!

Looked kinda like a painful spasm.*g*

  • i think Mr Thunderfoot has given up at this point. Mr Comfort is an idiot.

  • Thunderf00t is to smart... Ray does not even understand. i almost feel bad for him.

  • Camera man rule number one broken at the end. Do not talk if the camera is not on you.

  • Tod = flying spaghetti monster

  • what is funny is i got an advertisement meant for Christians while viewing this video..

  • comfort waffles on too much in this part, and thunderf00t looks bored

  • the only thing I really hate about Comfort, is that he doesn't know the difference between "know" and "believe"

  • @BMSphoenix well scientology is a cult wikipedia them you wont believe it

  • What's the difference between Christianity and Scientology? Why is Christianity considered a religion and given credability and Scientology is considered a cult and laughed at?

I think its because Christianity has a 2000 year head start on Scientology.

  • i don't feel bad for ray. his pride to claim he knows all the answers; derived from a book (re-written so many times in history) is making him look bad. he should have never accepted this debate. ray looks lost. he seems totally out of the pocket...

  • according to ray comfort psychology has nothing to do with god therefore it is irrevlevant

  • with every part of this i watch ray gets dumber and dumber..took him about 5 mins to get that he was talking about god and then he still didnt really get what he said haha

  • Doesn't take Comfort long to slip into conversion mode.

  • man, this is painful. no matter dawkins doesn't want to bother.

  • Thats the year i was born O.o, he looked freaked out D:

  • the stuttering is not making this more sophisticated, its annoying, spit it out! thththe, no just the! grr

  • ironic that ray says "the truth will set you free"...i now see the truth and now i am free. thanks mr. hitchens, dr. dawkins, chris harris, and you thunderf00t.

  • I don't see how Ray Comfort can get away with acting so patronizing towards someone who is obviously far more intelligent.

  • All Hail Hypno TOD.

;-) . Keep up the great work Thunderf00t.

  • I have a good question for creationists. If only God is the allpowerful and able to create then how come HUMANS have managed to create things which God could not create, namely computers and the internet? We have the ability to do complex mathematical problems as well as keep in contact with people millions of miles away with these machines... why didn't God offer this sort of genius at the beginning? And as he didn't, surely creationists should refuse to use them as they are "unnatural"!

  • "You probably see where this is going..."

    "Yeah"

    "Tod knows everything..."

"Does he know God created the Heavens and the Earth?"

    "..."

How stupid is Ray? Tod... God.... One letter is different, sounds the same, and he describes every aspect of God, and he doesn't get it...

  • @Pinkaugust hahahaha..exactly when thunderfoot started describing Todd who has answers to everything i knew whr he was goin n Todd was just another name for God but Ray is so farkin dumb he thought of Tod as someone who actually exists goes to show Ray accepted god the same way. like Todd god doesnt exists but becuz some1 has helpd Ray to build "GOD"'s model in his brain Ray believes in GOD without any evidence or logic. hahahaha.. PWND!!

  • @Pinkaugust He'd not blind to proof against his beliefs, he's just too God-damn ignorant to admit when the evidence is strongly against him & if he does admit he's wrong, everybody who supports him will give up on him... & he'd SERIOUSLY hate that

I would still be a Christian because of the safety of "knowledge" it provides to the big questions, but the problem with that is the proof otherwise shows such comfort (LOL) to be absolute nonsense, to which only people as loco as Ray truly believe it

  • you should have asked him why god made my neighbor´s son be born sick and this child can´t play, eat(sorry,he can eat: intravenously),has terrible pain all the time!

the child SINNED as a fetus?

why does ray make this stuff up?he must get a hefty pay check or other perks:girls,followers...you know what egomaniacs love...attention!

if god exists he is a horrible, mean, bad, hateful being!

  • Listening to Ray is making me physically ill.

  • April 25, 1972 - 1:30am. This is the moment (supposedly) that Mr. Comfort "came to know God."

This is what should be pursued. It has been my experience than all "born again" Christians have such a moment of "revelation" which they remember the rest of their lives. Often it is with a group of already "born again" Christians.

It is my guess that what transpires in those moments is a rare, yet honest, glimpse of the person's own morality. It seems that hey cannot handle it and so turn to "God."

  • The Todd analogy was brilliant; wonderfully demonstrating transfer of memes, anthromorphic characterizations and origin of gods. I think the point was lost on Comfort...I think he was concerned that Todd was more powerful than his own god.

  • The Problem with Ray comfort is: Scientists like Thunderf00t are too intelligent for him. I mean: most of the arguments Thunderf00t puts up are just to high for him.

well maybe intelligence is the wrong word here, but for many arguments you need a certain effort of intellect, and people like him are not willing to bring that up. Because really considering them means letting your doubt go even for a bit, and if they do that, they fear the judgement of god, because they doubt him.

  • @Braskass I believe the bigger issue here is Thunderf00t is a very informed and intelligent man in the scientific region but not in philosophy. Ray was making philosophical points, thunderf00t was making scientific ones. If he wanted to win, rather than turning this into a stalemate which it was, he should've probably studied a bit more on the wickedness and cruelties of the Bible.

  • You know that guy who lives next door and hears voices telling him to burn things? Yeah, he's crazy. You know that girl down the street who claims to have been abducted by aliens? Total nutcase. Oh, but yesterday I felt God's presence and he spoke to me. That's irrefutable evidence that God exists.

A "true believer" will never make the connection...

  • @Keiichi81 It's hilarious because it's so true. I was at a wedding recently and a woman made a prayer speech-ish thing and she literally "invited the holy spirit into the room and into our bodies". I said aloud "where is it?"

  • I wish Thunderfoot would have held his feet to the fire! Or its overwhelming to be in the presents of a complete idiot.

  • I'm sorry.

    Is this a real debate?

Is Ray Comfort actually this retarded? A chimp would provide better statements that this deluted idiot.

  • Lobster thing is a bit of an eye opener, wow see how we assume ever creature is the same and how wrong we are. Science teaches us the world is stranger then we could imagine, Religion keeps us in the dark.

  • @Cougar139tweak Don't need aliens nor Gods, it's weird enough as is!

  • @Asmusei very true. I think it's all just a problem of language.....life....soul.....tell me what a soul is....does an animal have one? why not? What is the point at which something goes from chemicals to life since viruses aren't alive.

  • on the left a thoughtful and well spoken secular humanist...on the right, a mental midget.

  • Took me a while to understand what Tod symbolized.

  • I'm suprised how calm and cool both can remain when hearing the other's arguments. Ususally when you get both ends of the spectrum like this you get very heated debates.

  • I'm actually quite proud at how civil they are :)

  • Debate in a nutshell

Thunderf00t: Gives argument with theories and evidence

Comfort: I know god is real and the evidence I have is that god made everything

  • @iforgotmyoldaccount predicament...

  • @iforgotmyoldaccount Actually it's more like this.

Thunderw/e: Gives nothing but philosophically assumed arguments which comfort point's out (he in no way "just said I know God is real you intellectualy dishonest human being).

Comfort: Let's backtrack what you just said and think the same thing with common sense. WINNING. Furthermore, Ray comforts evidence was all COMMON SENSE. This atheist couldn't even get Ray into the spirtual science--please.

  • @SuperSam424

So the Tod argument despite the one word difference with the exact same description as God is all assumed? Yeah I know but Comfort still doesnt understand his arguments, let alone point them out (btw he certainly implies that he knows "god is real" I just dont need him to spoon feed it to me)

BTW his argument and evidence here is all personal experience and is no way common sense or even a argument and certainly isnt evidence since personal experience differs from one another

  • @iforgotmyoldaccount The "tod" argument is false. It assumes the modern gospel as Comfort points out. You don't get it do you. It's not a matter of comfort not understanding the atheists "aguments". He gets them. All us Christian get them. The problem is that they are NOT SOUND AND LOGICAL ARGUMENTS. Atheists have nothing but assumption-arguments and strawman arguments. and YEAH, REASON THRPOUGH LOGIC says "God is real". and Nothing he said was "just his experiences"--wtf are you getting this.

  • @SuperSam424

-_- It's the other way around. I'll use a example, Evolutionary Theory. Get the last word? Theory, it's a well supported and a well documented explanation of a observation, It's not assumed much like gravitational theory isnt.

Also could you please enlighten me on your reason through logic that God is real? While you're at it, you should also explain it to Stephen Hawking and Richard Dawkin's. Also explain to me how Comfort came to know God seeing as it's a proper argument.

  • @iforgotmyoldaccount 1.False. Yeah I get the word "thoery". DO YOU?? Obviously not. You cannot even see how TTOE does not even satisfy the philosophical requirements for a theory. There is not enough evidence (physical or metaphysical). Evolution is nothing more than a hyped up hypothesis. And false again, the "theory" of gravity is FULLY supported by evidence--unlike evolution. For the next part PM me. TRhere is not enough room in this crappy comment section.

  • @GothicWiccan13 same religion nubnuts

  • How can sane, rational people believe that eternal torture is justice? Eternal torture? That is so sick and twisted. I'm ashamed to be part of a species that believes any form of life, let alone humans, deserve torture that NEVER ends. NEVER! That is fucking disgusting. What a rotten being this"GOD" character is. Torture me forever for an finite crime? FUCK YOU TOUGH GUY!

  • @BDS1984 Thanks man, infinite punishment for a finite crime is injustice to the first order.

  • @BDS1984 But he LOVES you. In fact, he loves you SO much that he is willing to lock you in his kinky sex dungeon for all eternity. Get your gimp masks on lads, we're going to hell :P

  • I envy Mr. Comfort. It must be nice to still posses childlike mentality and deny reality.

  • @Mosheye No kidding.

  • "I've got a love for you...."

    0:20 Thunderf00t's face is priceless

  • @MrDonovanFrost he says it around 0:17

  • Not there yet, but did you at some point tell him to go f*** himself? Ok, sorry.. not the most brilliant comment here in your comment section.. but this guy's preaching is setting my teeth on edge.

  • That Ray Comfort guy wears some short friggin pants!!!

  • Lol, watching Ray Comforts face when the Tod thing comes up - he SO doesn't get where it's going. And I love it when he asks, 'has he written a book' - because you just know that the guy would be gullible enough to actually pick up that book as gospel under the right circumstances.

  • excuse me this is a very important queastion for you thunder f00t, be fore "lucafer"? agian please forgive my spelling, be for lucafer got greedy or w/e happend and was sentenced t this new land "hell" were did all the bad people go before hell was created?

  • @blackslay552 same place the good people went to before the religion was created 2000 years ago.

  • Can I have Todd's number, he sounds really cool

  • Sure set off a nuclear bomb killing millions and then just repent and its okay, that really makes sense.

  • It's quite clear from this 4th part that Ray has simply not been listening. He just launched into his convert-o-matic autobot speech. He comes across as a complete tool. Embarrassing to watch.

  • I'm starting up a religion to Todd. I heard from a guy on the internet that Todd exists, and that if I believe in him, Todd will love me and make sure that I am happy! I'm waiting for Todd to write his first scripture that I can use instead of my brain when it comes to thinking.

  • Ray. Just tell us how to see the truck not just try to convince us that you can see it.

  • I've always had a problem with the mirror-test. When I play with my cat he uses the mirror to look at me while I'm sneaking up on him. He looks at my reflection (in front of him) while listening to the sound of my footsteps behind him. A cat would make him go crazy, his mirror image is ignored.

Also I'm sure he has a mental model of me. He communicates intent by getting my attention and then gazing at the door/food. It's not too far fetched that all mammals need and have this capability.

  • oh boy...

AArrggggg.... I feel the PAIN Thunderf00t...

LOL, I understand why you had this diplomatic silence there :P

Men, this is ssooo typical of a "true" believer...

It always come down to: I've felt the big G.O.D. at some point and let me tell you about my personal experience...

    (-_-)

  • thunderf00t tries to aim points at this guy so he can see from that view. but he keeps jumping around and missing almost every thing thunder gives him.... in almost everything they talked about ray keep saying " so your saying" trying find a "weak" spot to pic at...when he should of just tried to understand completely what he is saying.....

  • @RainK9

It's like Ray is thinking about what he's going to say next, rather than listening to what Thunderfoot is saying.

  • Thunderfoot: I agree with everything you say but I hate the so boring way you say it

  • When they start talking about understanding reflections it becomes hilarious- Comfort takes an almost exact copy of the role and ways of the man- wonder Karl Pilkington.

  • all hail Tod

  • @lrg2k10 We have seen the face of Tod, and he is us.

  • @lrg2k10 Infidel! All true children of Todd know that his name is spelled with two Ds!

  • @lrg2k10

Blasphemer! Know that His name is Todd, and not Tod! Repent for worshipping Todd's evil half-brother, Tod. All know that Todd was born of an unwed woman, while Tod was born from the same mother, AFTER she was married!

  • I love how youtubers that deal with religion are in majority atheist.

    The internet bitches

    It works

  • 8:25 "accept Tod into your heart" lol, im definately converting to Toddism (i like thunderf00t, im not mocking him)

  • Fear of death is what makes us different than animals.

  • @PawnBACM ...animals fear death by instinct! They will do anything in their power not to die.
