Im still a beginner at flash, but If I actually knew how to animate I would do better. Please make a tutorial showing just the basics or more. @SanityProduction I started with just Flash but about two years ago, I began using Photoshop to color and finalize the scenes. I used Flash to do the choreography (what you see in this video) and outline. However I now only use Flash for the chore. and do the outlining in PS. PS makes my drawings look like I want them too while Flash always has some auto-correct feature.

I've learned from trial and error. Also slowing down animations and seeing how frames progress helps a lot too. Good luck :)

Dear Lord this is nice, well I can see you are an expert. I was going to ask you the program but I see the symbol FI which I assume is flash. I want to use flash. I have adobe photoshop extended and I saw the FI symbol. Does this means I can use flash? Thumbs up!

Oh and you can do all this in Photoshop but Flash is easier for choreography. I do the lineart in PS.

1. I animate about 10-15 hours a week. My fan animations are practice and I upload them to youtube for you guys :P

2. Depends, an animation with simple moves can take 2-3 weeks to make while a full 24 fps animation can take 2-3 weeks to do 20 seconds.

3. A mouse wasn't meant to draw. You can do more precise work with a tablet that would take a lot longer with a mouse. The main advantage to a tablet is the ease and less strain on the wrist doing repetitive tasks.

Very nice flow, your getting alot better at animation i would use a few more inbeetweens but i know adding detail is a bit more chalengeing that way :P so i will have to see how that owrks myself :P, also i love your skeliton btw

@smyton4tw If your going to be a professional animator you should work at 24 ;D it takes a minitue ajusting because i usually worked at 18 or 14 but just double frame the hell out of it xD looks great :P

BTW the chirography is really neet i enjoyed watching the end result im gana try that skeliton seems alot less complicated than my current one, also seems easy to resize for more flow and .ect
