  • Glenn beck is definitely not a third rate talkshow host, he's definitely a first rate talkshow host

  • @bustedtonight

When I put this together, he was a 3rd rater, and definitely a lousy comedian to boot. Now, he is the greatest threat the conservative movement faces from within. You might be fooled by his pseudo-Libertarian exterior, but I know what he is, and it will get us right back to where we were when Bush was in office, with more spending and endless wars. Not that we aren't still in that now with the current tyrant.

  • You need to check out penn jillette discussing the subject with Glenn. GB does not accuse RP supporters of being terrorists. Far from it. He rediculed that right wing extremist report from Napolitano. You either need to pay more attention or get out more.

  • Those who get out are the ones that are the problem. Those who research are the solution. Napolitano is a respectable human being with a conscience that does not condone torturing people, something that GB seems to think is okay.

Penn, though a fairly funny man, is also very prone to putting his head up his ass depending on what issue he's on. He's a bit more libertarian than Bill Mahr and Glenn Beck, but not much brighter.

  • P.S. - You don't have to be a self-identified Neo-Con to be influenced by its ideology. Barack Obama is currently exhibiting large similarities with Neo-Conservatism, particularly as it pertains to spreading democracy and rampant government spending.

Even supposed libertarian talk radio loud mouth Neil Boortz hold common views with Neo-Conservatism. I strongly suggest spending more time reading reference literature and less time listening to mediocre comedians with a side interest in politics.

  • Obama isnt influenced by neoconism. He's just locked into policies of the old administration. Thank god. PJ does talk a lot of crap but the point being they are very much RP sympathizers.

  • Did you read cheney in todays WSJ?

  • neocon?

  • It's short for Neo-Conservative, ergo the political philosophy of the New Right. There is a good page on wikipedia that describes the philosophy and it's dominant role in current day Republican Party politics.

  • Oh I get it. Just the fact you think GB is a neocon makes me fall off my chair.

  • I have limited time for buffoons, either say something substantive or be on your way.

  • Great call as I noticed and watched Beck later. Two years later and your words are as correct today as they are now.

  • I don't see why you make the criticism that Chomsky's ideas shouldn't be accepted without further investigation when in fact this principle should be applied to ALL information. I also don't see how he's boring, I actually find his speeches to be pretty interesting due to the content, he doesn't have to subject himself to theatrics in order to get a message across, but that's just a personal preference.

Nonetheless, I agree that we can no longer support the oppressive state we have in place.

  • in beck's defense, he has talked about a few issues you wouldn't expect from him. Bottom line is, the conservative controlled media has liberally minded journalists. Whatever suits the viewing audience is what we will get. Then, of course, that raises the question "do we know what we SHOULD get from media when most of us assume media to be 100% truthful??"

  • Beck has gotten a little better in the aftermath of the Republican primaries, almost as if he wanted to stick up for Paul, but couldn't due to the higher ups at CNN wanting the corporate whores to carry both primaries. Now that there is no longer any doubt that they'll control the white house for another 4 years, they're easing off on the censorship a bit.

  • listen to cnn you get what you come for ....brainwash fox etc waste of time turn off cnn, bbc, foxes news ...listen then you will become slave of the state

  • keep up the good fight man

  • Not IN HELL, OF HELL, something born in darkness and seeking the light. If you fully grasp the nature of original sin this is an accurate depiction of human beings (granted, if you're a baptist you don't believe in original sin). Neo-Conservatism is not an erroneous term and there is nothing logical about George W. Bush's bomb and spend policy. The Soviet Empire lived by perpetual warfare and big government, Bush has given us both on a more massive scale than any pink Fabian democrat.

DR. RON PAUL REVOLUTION 2008 USA PRESIDENCY

DON'T MISS THE CHANCE TO MAKE HISTORY

  • i think glenn is generally right about a lot of things. he gives a logical perspective you can not get as a liberal. my question to you though is why are you in the dark? are you hiding from something?

  • No, my name presents a duality of innocence and guilt (unicorn: symbol of innocence and Hell: Pagan Norse place of shamed souls), the lighting shows half of my face, ergo another duality of light and shadow.

P.S. - I'm not a Liberal and Beck is no conservative (Neo-Cons are closeted Communists). Read my profile to learn about my politics.

  • Yeah he's hiding for the morons of the world who have been conditioned to hate freedom and attack those who even whisper of loving freedom.

  • beck is the lameist tool ever....

  • Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the whole 5th of November donation have everything do with a gimmick from the movie "V for Vendetta" and nothing to do with the Guy Fawkes.

  • The person who started the drive (I know him from the Ron Paul forum) started it based on the "V for Vendetta" movie. Guy Fawkes didn't have anything to do it as you say, but Guy Fawkes a lot to do with that movie. I was commenting more on Glenn Beck's take on history than his pathetic assertion that I and my fellow grassroots activists are terrorists.

  • I'm fed up with calling me an anti-Semite just because I criticize Israel. Well, just for the record, Jews aren't the only Semite in the world. To find out more, look for Semite in Wikipedia.

  • Continued - I do not despise the NeoCons and Bush simply because they are friendly with Israel and I don't dislike Israel because it's a Jewish nation, I do so because of what both of them have done and what they are continuing to do. I do not approve of demonizing Arabs and Muslims or provoking wars for imperialistic and expansionist purposes, period.

  • I'm making a general post here regarding all the damned anti-Semite charges I'm receiving. I dated 2 Jewish girls in college, I have several Jewish friends and I have a high regard for the Orthodox Jews whom properly observe their exile according to the teachings of the Torah. The problem is, most of these Jews are critical of Israel's policy so they are anti-Semitic Jews, as crazy as that may sound.

  • This is the biggest load. Some self-appointed dork with a video camera decides that he can show right from wrong? Please - the screen name says it all. Why not just call yourself Satan's Love Child? Or was that taken already??

  • Actually I was briefly a novice under the Dominican Order, I have a taste for heavy metal music and a fetish for Pagan folklore so that is where the name came from. Feel free to go through my other videos, some have Latin prayers, others are Cradle of Filth music videos.

P.S. - Zionism is contrary to both the Talmud and the New Testament, read either one.

  • Coming from an anti-Semite like you? Please - you have no concept of what The Bible is about just based on that statement alone.

  • *Yawns* It's probably not worth continuing this conversation, the anti-Semite charge is an admission of intellectual meekness. I have stated nothing against the Jewish people (I have an Aaron Russo tribute as one of my other videos actually). I don't support the secular ideology of Zionism, or Communism for that matter, both of which were started by Atheists with Semitic ancestry. (Iranians are Semitic by the way)

  • Furthermore, Reverend Hagee is a certified Heretic. You are being lead with cattle prods towards a man made Armageddon by an agent of the Anti-Christ.

  • ~rotfl~ A Pagan speaks of the anti-Christ? An anti-Semite speaks of The Bible? Oh yea, real Einstein we've got here!

  • hehe, I wasn't aware that the Catholic Church taught Paganism, I guess that Nicene Creed was just for show and Saint Augustine believed in many Gods. Good lord you Zionists are hilarious.

  • Furthermore, watch this nice little video on Hagee's latest book. He openly denies Jesus as Messiah.

    watch?v=m8khCJTDD44

  • points well made. I admire your sence of humor when talk about this sold out Glen.....

  • Glenn Beck is the most egregious of the current crop of Zionist propagandists and unfortunately the most visible. They're really serious about pounding his Israeli propaganda into the American psyche and figure he seems so all American that he'll be believed at face value. I'm banned from commenting on any Glenn Beck video.

  • Do elaborate, this should be humorous.

  • FUK YEA!! I was hedbangin at the end of that 1

    FUCKIN PANTERA

    RIP DIME

  • Indeed, other than Zakk Wylde he was the best guitarist America had during the 1990s.

  • I was under the impression november 5 had, it seemed like a more to do with a movie than histoy. I never came across any youtube vids tying the date with the history but rather the movie. When Wolf Blitzer during the money-bomb omitted the movie connection but rather mentioned the history, it seemed like a low blow toward Ron Paul.

  • It did, the movie itself portrays Fawkes in a light similar to the way I've seen him though. The media always looks for ways to denigrate Ron Paul, he'd do the same to Kucinich if he had gotten that much money because that is what his AIPAC masters would command of him.

  • Glen is pulling some Ann Coulter antic to make such a stupid divisive conclusion. I think Ron Paul had some scheduling problems with Glen's show. If so, Glen is probably still hurt about it. Yeah, wikipedia shouldn't be considered 100% truth esp towards history.

  • True, but I always check their sources and they are usually in line with the general consensus of historians or rather the government's view on the matter.

  • Here's some more for ya: Shillery, Shilliest, and of course, Shillete, the most idiotic a man can get.

  • Another one out of the park.

    Spot on.

I used to like Glenn when he first aired, but now it's more of the same.

Glenn aside, it's scary to see all the news personalities using the same talking points.

    It's a real eye opener.

  • Beck calls us terrorists, but he never mentions when Bush and Cheney or the other Republican candidates use fear and threats of violence to further their political agenda (Iran being one example), which is the very definition of terrorism. People need to open their goddam eyes.

  • religious fanatics are murderers. lol

  • I'm a religious fanatic, I'm not a murderer. lol

  • The 5th season of Night Court was that lame?

The show you respond to is trash attacking the messenger Ron Paul without even examining the message and his proposed policies, now thats lame :)

I disagree with a lot of RP's policies, except war and monetary policies, but its the policies I have a problem with not the person. I think Kucinish would be better on many issues, but both RP and DK are outside the circle of corruption that most other candidates cling to

  • Kucinich gets respect from me, but I can't reconcile my views on the 2nd Amendment and Abortion with his, perhaps it's the consequence of my Anti-Federalist and Catholic tendencies. Regardless, if Kucinich is somehow able to pull out a win in the Democratic Primary and Paul can't be nominated, I'll support Kucinich.

  • This make me think of the saying 'divide to conquer'

I think DK and RP are very different on wedge issues that tear our a hard line based on divisive issues for which there will always be close to half the people that will disagree, thereby virtually making sure that the issues on which most people agree on(constitution, war, monetary, no torture, etc) and that both candidate share are unlikely has hell to gather a critical mass even if it has the majority

  • I think that if Kucinich isn't able to really break out into the top tier and Paul gets the Republican nomination (the Paleo-Conservatives and Libertarians are starting to rally to him in New Hampshire) then I will encourage an alliance between Paul's camp and Kucinich's in order to get the consensus stuff passed. The other issues can be attended to afterwards.

  • Same here

  • Im personally hoping for a paul/kucinich, viceversa. Id be overwhelmed with joy.

  • It is a nice idea, however the way the parties are currently structured makes this extremely difficult, if not impossible. What would need to happen to make something similar to this happen in the future is to return to the old system where you have a run-off election and 2nd place becomes VP.

  • I hope I am wrong but personaly I believe Gulliani and clinton are being cultivated to further neo-cons aganda. if there is another election I believe we will witness another election scandle. RP for 2008.

  • I may be way off base, but I've been under the impression that 11/5 has traditionally been celebrated as the FOILING of a plot in a coup to overthrow the system.. which in retrospect, my donation to Ron Paul would be a celebration of foiling the CFR/neo-con's coup to overturn the Constitution/our system. *shrug* I just joined in to give RP the attention he is long over due for. Neo-cons are attacking our imaginations! ~\o imagina-a-a-ion..

  • Depending on which church you attend in England, the purpose of the celebration varies. The British Government and the Anglican Church celebrate the foiling of the plot, many Catholics (probably not all) celebrate it's near success, especially in Northern Ireland, where I still have some distant relatives.

  • My great grandparents immigrated from Ireland. A few generations of my family resided in Potsville, PA and thereabouts until recent years (deceased or migrated west). We attended an IRA rally, spoke much about things.. but 11/5 never came up. Mostly stories of our past, Molly McGuires, the secret entrance to the tunnels in the back of the closet type stuff.

  • I'm in an interesting situation because I actually have a mix of Irish and English Catholic in my family, that's how the Smith got into my last name. I think that accounts for my unique take on the Gun Powder plot.

  • Glenn Beck is hitting the sauce again...

  • Glen Beck and the other power-hungry neocons saw November 5th has a chance to attack Ron Paul and his supporters and now they're hiding under the guise of "terrorism" so that they can infringe upon our civil liberties and label us terrorists. Next thing you know it they'll be calling our founding fathers terrorists for writing the constitution of the United States of America.

Folks, it is time to wake up before they start arresting us for voting for candidates like DR. Paul.
