"In sha Allah" is a very common word in India and people of all religion use it. I am Hindu yet at times i use this phrase and same is true for many other my fellow countrymen and so for shahid. In India unless one undergoes religion transformation his/her religion is same as of his/her father and as per these guidelines he is a Hindu.
