These are probably largely American expats in a lot of these non-US videos (most other nationals don't have large American flags of their own), but it is true that people around the world stayed up late or got up early to watch the returns and celebrate. For days afterward, American expats were congratulated (even by strangers), foreign newscasters couldn't stop smiling. Even children's programs have been talking about and explaining the election. Everyone is so happy the real US is back!
