A handful of really good songs but only a handful, and nothing of note in years. Etta James issued over 50 albums from 1961 to 2011. Etta also had issues with drugs and bad marriages but continued to record up to 2011, while fighting leukemia. Entertainment Weekly gave her half a page, mainly a photo, with a 3-sentence career summation.

I cannot stop listening to this song. I remembered that my favorite version was the one with Dr. John. But this version also has something very special that takes me back to some good old sweet sour memories. Etta was not very well known. But surely will never be forgotten.
