imo this game was too easy, and yet too hard still. the main story was so easy i had it beat in 50 hrs(approx) but the final final boss from all those crystal side quests was unreasonably tough. still funny when you have all uber maxed equips and maxed out crystariums and hes hard XD

The reason i chose this song is for the build-up and musical phrase length. You cannot tell me the epic crescendo at 2:04 doesn't do anything for you lol.  I, obviously, don't consider this song boring.

Okay, you have a point there (guess I have to admit that just seeing this game in your list makes me a bit unreasonable).

But still I do not see this theme in a better position than many of the previous themes in your list.

Believe it or not but I even finished it (but more because of defiance than anything else). The characters are okay (many cliches but okay) and the graphic is great but the rest?

The story is in the end nothing else than "Save the world!" again and is unable to create a spark of tense, the soundtrack is nothing special (sry tomenaki) and the combat system is a joke. Not as simple as many people claim it to be but it is nothing else than just smashing the same buttons over and over.

Oh-hoy... it's Fabula Nova Crystalis, the only Final Fantasy game that could've actually been given an entirely new title to start up an entirely new IP and allow itself far more liberty for innovation but ultimately fell into the trap of financial fear from the higher ups who desire to remain far more stale and limited in their creation as to maximize profit with increased presentation as opposed to content.

Well, it still remains to be seen if this game is all that it's worth... Good music

So far, the game looks to be more innovative than the last few, at the very least. I look forward to seeing if this can live up to its potential. If not, it will be like FF XII; played occasionally, but ultimately not completely enjoyable.

The "higher ups" who desire to remain "far more stale and limited in their creation" are obviously trying pretty hard to not let that happen again.

Yeah, it has an Ivalice feel to it. I don't like it as much as the main battle theme, though.
