There are two possible reasons for why you can't find it: 1) You already picked up this artifact or 2) [most likely] you're in the wrong room. There are two rooms that look very similar.

i have question, is this the xbox360 version or ps2, cause for some reason, even after watching this i cant find it on my xbox360 version :(

This was done on the PC version.
