  • the lead singer is very cute !

  • Good ole Haste. I'm from Birmingham and I remember the singer jumping way into the crowd over a like 8 foot span at City Stages. It was amazing. I also remember they used to have friends act like hecklers just for fun. Such great memories seeing these guys.

  • @kellyreaves7 dude do you know where we can still get any of your guys albums? I've been looking for The Mercury Lift everywhere. Actually found a torrent on thepiratebay but barely has any seeders, doubt it will ever download. I would pay good money for an actual copy, which I wouldn't do for most of the crap bands out today (other than maybe Deftones and Radiohead)

  • Wow this song, plus their album The Mercury Lift, brings back so many great memories from my college days. Wish these dudes were still around, but at least we got some awesome music while they lasted.

  • haste is one of my fav bands there so badass

  • Just wanted to thank all you guys for watching and posting after all these years. The shows were always a blast thanks to you and we could not have done any of it without your support. Thank you. There's a facebook page I hope to add some stuff to in the near future. @macktastic, @xApeRx, have great memories from those shows!

  • this is one of the best album ever created in the post hardcore scene , before it became the shitty scene we have today......i hated when a new band haste the day apperared.......they basically killed definitely this band even if was already dead.....now people will never give a chance

  • Saw this band two or three times, once with Stuck Mojo at the Masquerade.. incredibly energetic and entertaining shows.

  • I've been at one of their shows back in the days in 2003-2004 with Stretch ArmStrong in Montreal. Very small venue. 50-100 max. They gave a hell of a show and got the chance to speak with Haste's singer. Great guy and great band :) Fuck all the haters that thinks that "Attack Attack" is real music lol.

  • this is dust that's no metal that's for gay metal fans!!!! Thumbs down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I heard this song on a Take Action comp and loved it. Haste the Day came out soon after that and made me confused. Haha. I was like "Wait.. this isn't the band I heard." This song is great, and so is the band. Could've been popular.

  • Haste put on one of the greatest shows on the "S.S.S.O.U." boat concerts on the Hudson! Wore my Haste shirt to the Alkaline Trio show here in Philly tonight!

  • What's wrong with losing myself in things I might have said to you? Think about it now and all those things I should have said, have trouble getting through.<3

  • OMG MY COUSINS IN THE BAND WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!?

  • I miss these guys and I can barely find any merch for them anymore!

  • gay singers :(

  • meh fuck the haters they have no clue what they are talking about...no valid facts to back up their childish insults for this band. RIP Haste.

  • ive always loved this band since2004 and they never really got popular and now they're not around. Sux cuz the mercury lift is atill amazing

  • I grew up in The same small town as Kelly the "Deeper Screamer/Singer" and started going to their shows early on...they changed Music here in Birmingham... other great Birmingham Bands-

    The Great Book of John-Acoustic/indie

    Wild Sweet Orange-AMAZING live

    Promise The Ghost-Post Hardcore

    This Day Will Burn-Hardcore

and i believe everyone should know of Maylene and the sons of Disaster...Original Line up haha

  • This band is often confused to Haste the day which is metal.

  • Haste were a fucking amazing band. I bought The Mercury Lift earlier this year. At first I didn't like them, but I soon realised that what I was hearing was much more fresh and engaging then all the brutal/tech death metal I usually listen to. They opened the doors for me to get into post hardcore like Boysetsfire (highly recommended), and Poison the Well. Haste could mix genres better than most metal bands can. Even if you only like metal, check these guys out. Too bad they broke up though.

  • this is an insult...wtf...

  • dont get why theres so many dislikes its not a bad song.

  • als der drummer gefällt mir ;)

    und die band ansich auch!

also gleich mal zu den fav´s

    greetings

  • its not metal but yeah its not too bad

  • Haste rule, all you detractors can suck my fuckin dick. If you dont like this shit dont click on the goddamn video faggots.

  • fuck... the bassmen looks like Zakk Wylde.

i dont like this band. is not real

  • @guitaralexxx What's "real" to you? My Chemical Romance? A Day to Remember? Oh, you like KISS!

  • THIS IS AN INSULT TO METAL!

  • whoah!!! I used to bag groceries with the two lead singers

  • es una verga esta banda

  • LAWL at all you fags who can't get over the fact that they were on century media and aren't the most metal band ever concieved. The fact of the matter is that they strung together some really interesting music that was both catchy and didn't have boring ass time signitures like most bands on century media. While I still love metal... I wouldn't be so quick to judge this band harshly- they had a very signiture sound, and their lyrical content was usually pretty fucking sound (excluding this one).

  • I kinda like this song, although it's not really metal...

  • i like this song :)

  • y do they have too singers if they sing the same. FUCK!

  • here i am watching some suicide silence and despised icon videos on century media and then i click on this to check them out and my heart stops because they fucking SUCK BIG DIIICK.!!

  • man i wish i had a flame thrower.....so i can burn these homo's......1.37 is that guy shaking his lollipop ass.....?...dude!!! people who say this crap is awesome deserves to get a pineapple shoved up their puny asses.....

  • don't really like this particular song...actually preferred the band better when they were known as grimlok

  • damn. I was looking up fucking metal songs and this shit came up. WTF is this shit anyways...

  • @damios1 not their best work this is one of their few radio friendly song's

  • this song rocks. The last time I heard it was about 2 years ago.

It feels good to listen to it again :D

  • Damn this video is horrible,so is the song

  • man... its good to hear that song again, haste were an awesome band, this album was great altho a bit poppier than when reason sleeps, shame theyre not around any more.

  • This isn't their greatest song, but it's still Haste, and therefore it's awesome.

In my opinion (key words), "When Reason Sleeps" is their best album.

  • The opening riff sounds like Every Time I Die. I can see how they could be influenced by Haste.

  • Check out,,,URN--(Burn In Hell)

  • mierda1!!!!!!!!!! gays

  • wrwales you wouldnt know good music if it came up and sucked your dick go fuck yourself you poser Haste rules...always have always will you dumb little bitch.

  • Is this the same Haste that put out Confessions Of A Lesser Known Saint of thier album When reason Sleeps?

  • yes

  • It indeed is the same band.

  • Que som de viado, bixa!

Viva o Heavy Metal e não os paga pal!

    _\,,/

  • I grew up with these guys. Hell, I introduced this kind of music to the singers! Too bad they couldn't reconcile their differences.

  • I miss these dudes :(

  • i've been looking all over for this band. Such a good cd. Is this the only shit they have got on youtube?

  • This song is so fucking good. I played my first show EVER with them. Amazing amazing band. I picked up the CD when we played with them. Still have it. Still love it.

  • so fuckin good!

  • such a good cd and band

  • Great album awesome band awesome song get back together or ill throw my washer and dryer out of my fucking apartment (i live on the first floor so maybe i can just reinstall them if theres not too much damage)

  • HAHAHAHA made my night man.

    have a good one

  • These dudes were doing hardcore, screamo, emo, metal, and whatever styles you wanna throw in there that have gotten popular, since 2001...Only, they were doing it back when Fred Durst was gettin some "NOOKIE". Randy Blythe from Lamb Of God appears on their last album...."The Mercury Lift"....Which, I reccommend everyone to buy.

They did last 10 years....Much longer than most bands in the last 20 years...If they had the right label, this band would've been seen in a very different light, today !!

  • @Streamlinestudios these guys are very under rated.

  • these guys are on CENTURY MEDIA?

  • That's the same reaction I had.

  • Yes Is Gay

  • Eh, not my type but berable. They don't really fit in the list of the vids you uploaded. :/

  • hij is gay

  • what kind of music is it?? sounds good¡

  • The sound of a band that is no more

they just broke up not to long ago

They have a unique sound both good and bad really

  • Cool song!

  • i like the sound of haste very much! great band

  • 2nd vid watched... starting to like Haste a lot... very cool punchy main guitar/bass riff, great drums & voc. harmonies. :D I'm way too old to be a fan he he.. but I will pass this on to my 16 y/o son. Reckon he'll like Haste a lot!

  • Never too old to be a fan of any kind of music.
