I was angry to discover that it has been 'known about' since 1974.
So, I decided to stat taking D3 tablets myself instead of waiting for the 'experts' to eventually get around to advising me.
I noticed a slight improvement taking only1000.i.u. per day. However, when summer came and a deliberately caught 20 minutes of full sun every day BANG!!!!! What a difference!
The big dose from the sun was a HUGE kick of energy for me......cont.....
optimal levels is 65-85 - 2,000 iu a day will never get you there.
