DON'T KNOW WHAT WAS MORE DISTURBING IN THE DAY. THE GATEFOLD OF THE NUDIE BROS WITH TOM'S HAT COVERING HIS JUNK OR MARK, DON, AND MEL NUDE IN THE HAY ON THE GRAND FUNK ALBUM.. LOL!
An anti-typical tune for the Doobies, still great though. Also, I recommend you check out "White Sun" from this album(CD), and Ukiah from I think "The captain and Me".
I dedicate this beautiful, haunting song to my cousin who died 3-6-2011 in Peoria, Illinois. He just turned 59. James always had the best music like Frigid Pink, Blue Cheer and always the Doobie Brothers. He had a huge heart and tried to live life to it's fullest. No one knows how he slipped away in those early morning hours......"natural causes' we're all told. James..until I see you again....

This song and "Cheat the Hangman" are my favorites.Once Michael McDonald arrived, they were not the same band and I lost interest.
