Responding to anybody likening them to SOAD, SOAD draws more from eastern european influences than anything else, while Future of the Left is very clearly a UK band. It proudly declares it's punk roots and welsh heritage in a beer soaked orgy of sonic violence. I cannot see how you could get farther from the brooding, jangling, romanian gypsy alt-metal that is SOAD. Plus, Future of the left don't take themselves even 1/10,000th as seriously as SOAD. Thank god.

This is amazing! Im very very interested to see them live. Im a huge Mclusky fan and have been interested since they split in what they are all doing. I saw the old drummers new band BUGGA in Penzance some time ago and they were not quite...well....good but then thats local bands, FOTL is so obviously the next level. Thier website doesnt ever seem to be updated so finding live shows is hard....help? Tip offs anyone?
