@Plasma250 I read your comment 5 hours ago. Then I forgot about your comment, watched the video and about 3/4 of the way (maybe), I started to laugh uncontrollably. Then I remembered your comment. I just thought it was funny the way he said it. I felt like I was being tickled on the inside. I never laughed like that before. It was weird. Scary. I am never doing this again.

Anyone who needs a quick 2-hour sleep should watch this 9+ minute video.
15 to 20 minute inductions/trances is equalled to 4 to 5 hours of sleep.
