This wasn't ther first time he's had someone say he's gay. As I understand it, he didn't "just tap his foot." He peeked through the stall door, He stuck his foot into the stall next to him and reached in with his hand. He's also been called out on gay dalliances before in 1982. Why did he plead guilty if he's not gay and didn't do anything wrong? Spare me your self-righteous outrage Ben.
