How To Stop Night Coughing

It worked really well!! I put a couple drops of Eucalyptus oil on her chest. And rubbed a bit of Olive oil under her nose (she was dry there). And also a sippy cup of water by her bedside. And she slept wonderfully. I looked it up the next day. And saw that Tea tree oil or Eucalyptus oil does wonders to purify the air around you. Just a few drops in a humidifier or in a simmer pot of water on the stove can give you healing air in your home. Take care ; )

Thank you! I am with out vic vapor rub. Yet, i do have Eucalyptus oil. I wonder if that would work as well. Since it is natural i think i will give it a try. Thank you ; )

Hey…. My daughter is 2 ½ years and she has been told that she is suffering from Asthma, it has been 1 week she can’t sleep well at night, do you think if I try this it will help her knowing she has Asthma??

I wear a cpap mask(a mask for sleep apnea) so putting it on my chest and feet wont work for me. What i do is two things. I use saline spray in my nostrils to moistureize them. Then i rub some of the vapor rub in my nostrils just very small amount and it works great!

@StressedOutStressFre i have been coughing for a long time but then it stopped. few days later it came back, plus my family has the cough too so could it be becuase of that. And my doctor gave me anti bio. about 20 pills. so is their any other cure?

I hate having Vicks on my chew. Why does it work on the feet....that's very interesting

@Trillian There's no any medical prove on this. I think it's because of the many reflexology points on the foot which connects to certain organs in the body and guess what the lungs is located by the ball of the feet ...that's why it works :-)

I use a cpap machine so i cannot smell the vicks via the chest so I put vicks in my nostrils.
