People have to put small dogs like dachshunds in clothes like that in the winter, mostly in the snow because they get really cold real easily they might not like it while they are inside but once they go outside there pretty much thanking there masters for putting that on them, the realaztion is that she it taking good care of her dog if she is putting her dachshund in small clothes.

well depends, if the dog endures the szubzero temperatures on the ground then surely the dog will feel discomfort and pain.

I mean I suppose if you let it sit on a patch of ice with no movement for a while. Then paw-shoes would be necessary for talking a dog on a walk in the winter in the above conditions. But living in the Northeast, I can assure you its ok to take a Dachshund out for a reasonable amount of time and its feet will be fine in the conditions on the video. Besides most dogs ive seen HATE wearing paw shoes.
