babybb, You know! instantly! There is not a machine, perhaps one that measures brain activity, that can prove this. No experiments. The first sign is sleep paralysis. This is the first I've ever heard of mr. monroe, I have looked my whole life, for someone else this happens to, with no success. This is not some sort of "hippie" crystal, chakra, b.s. It happens to some people naturally, & I don't know why. Now I saw a yogert commercial, stating the yogert is like a o.b.e. It Angered me to hear.

@ramesh23231 Two minutes to find what?... 40 years ago we had to find someone, or a book on the subject. & then decide the validity of the information. And to this day there is not a machine that can detect such things. So what did you find? Stating you FOUND something...certainly not wisdom!

why did it take him a full year to know it was a real out of body experience,there are many simple experiments you could do that would prove immediately wether or not it was real or not.I'm sure you could think of some of your own

@babaybb Because he thinks like a scientist. Notice that even saying that it took him a full year is giving away a very well structured way of thinking and a very mature attitude towards a topic which is the beholder of so much controversy and incredibility.

Ultimately it goes down to this, if you want to infiltrate into the pack of wolves you gotta at least howl like one.

Personally i believe that he was convinced waaaaay before than a full year. ;-)
