The song (Donald where's your trousers) can be found by a number of artists. This particular version is not available anywhere though, no. It was made for the show and sung by Garret Dillahunt and MacKenzie Brooke Smith (the two actors in the clip). It might possibly be available on a soundtrack or something, if the show ever released that ?

the main reason behind the show's downfall was dollhouse, now dollhouse has been cancelled. what now? the rights to the franchize have been sold, maybe we need to do what one hideaki anno did and make one big assed budgeted movie special, theatrical, but NOT straight to dvd and get closure to the series. in fact one last venture is what the whole franchize needs, minus christian bale. just this john and this sarrah, this cameron and this derrek.

Except that future no longer exists. Skynet erases all of its own possible futures every time it sends something back...hence why the upcoming Reboot will be different future. It's all relative, you know.
