@loppyyy123 What repo are you getting the error on? Almost every time the repo is a repo that has pirated apps. These repos are usually have shit hosting and they cause errors. Answer I find the repo and delete it. Good luck

Hi, thanks for making this video. I got stuck after trying to open a new connection with cyberduck. It got this error, I/O Error: Connection failed. The kexTimeout (30000 ms) expired. After clicking retry, it let me choose "allow" or "deny", then I chose "allow," but the same error appears. Help please!

This is all fine and dandy. But I'm getting this as soon as I first start cydia after jailbreaking.

So I can't install iFile or SSH or any other apps. I've restored my iphone so many freaking times, bc I'm getting every time this error, and then cydia crashes every time I open it...

@Alin2005 Your problem is that you have not upgraded cydia yet. Play around in cydia a bit keep going back to changes tab. Eventually you will get a popup that says upgrade essentials, complete upgrade and one more option. choose Complete Upgrade Restart and you should be good.

@hackford12345 Sounds like you are trying to download iFile from a bad repo. Download it from BigBoss. In cydia Click on Manage>Sources>BigBoss

Then Look for iFile in there. That should not give you errors. If it does PM me and I will tell you another way to do it. But iFile is the easiest

@aim46aim46 Yea if you install a repo like some myrepospace ones it will give you problems even after you uninstall it. You might not do much piracy, which is commendable. Most people that have these problems are adding sources to pirate apps so you may not have had the full experience of these errors.

you could just go in2 Cydia, then manage, then sources, then delete whatever sources are giving you errors. much faster ... PS: you may want to recommend backing up metadata.plist in case something goes wrong (not necessary, but might as well mention it)

@aim46aim46 That will almost NEVER remove them completely especially ones that cause errors. To my knowledge this is the best way to completely remove problem sources. PS. You come off like an asshole :)

@YoAllPro7 The window should have 5 options when you click open connection. Pull down menu should be SSH, Port 22, server =your iphone ip, User=root, and password = alpine (if you havnt changed it)

What do you mean it doesnt popup? It should be on the same window that you enter your user name in,
