It's for Target practice.....it's designed to be shot down.....so that we can test our Surface to air and Air to Air weapon systems....It's PERFECT....so doesn't matter what the Landing system is.....

its air to ground world first unmand aireal combat aircraft it was developed in the 80 ,and dilivered in and commishend in 1998 before the amrican predetor which is a survalance modifief to shoot missile.but this is purpos built air to ground combat aircraft ,it was in sirvise before the term ucav was invented

Yeah I agree, much credit to India for the UAV, but the landing procedure is kinda of old fashioned, but still Very well done.

gah,,the recovery technique could have been betterfor nishant anyway...i mean a parachute descet is just...well old fashioned....i mean I'm pretty sure our desi scientists can figure out and implement a proper landing procedure as well. BTW if u have videos on the other indian UAV's please post them...Nice videos BTW

@TheWarriorIndian no this is the worlds first ucav it was developed in the 80 ,and inducted in 98,when usa found out about the sucsess of this program in 98 they armed predetors ......but this was old desine it has only 150 rang and can be reused ...by early 2000.-2002 india had almost 30 of these in in navy ,army ,airforce
