They have a list of Capcom characters that might be in the game, Mega man was voted number 1 to be in Smash Bros 4, so they will put him in the next game. Rumors are, that the title is called Super Smash Bros Universe.

But im shocked as the roster is still increases, but the programmers will still need to balance out the character, i mean its only to say a top teir character is not really over balanced (aside from jiggly puff, wich nobody cares) they need to decide if mega man is teir 1 or not, this might outrage fans if they decide other wise. look at it from a buisness point
