at 1:58 the S-shield has the little "s" pattern from Superman Returns,but the suit Jonathan gives Clark at 2:21 doesnt...and to be honest,it looks way cheaper.

5 Things that wasent so GOOD

1 Special Effects could of been alot better and should of showed Tom Welling in the Superman suit

2 Fights were bad, green arrow took everybody out easy and yes it was a great moment when clark started to fly, but to fly into Darkseid and he's done alrealy?

4 they never once called him superman. The journey was over

5 How it should of ended was clark rip shirt off become superman, save the day then fly outerspace and smile 4 the cam!!

He was one of my favourite regulars cast members after 3 brilliant seasons and a guest star in season 7 of smallville he places himself in jail!

The Finale was a complete let down,I was expecting tons of action and fighting but no the writers had to ruin the ending of an awesome!

The Best Series Finale's was Harry Potter and The Sarah Jane Adventures!!!

due to the new superman movie of 2012, they couldn't have tom in the full suit, just cgi images but still manage to pull off a good superman appearance ....i leaped off my couch at this scene lol

The only complaint is, you didn't really see him in the suit. It was either a far away CGI shot, or just a close up of the "S"

@jpd782 Yeah. throughout it all we are NEVER really given a good, straightforward look at Clark in the outfit.

That's just cheap. We sit through ten years of them avoiding Clark actually being Superman at all costs, the least they owed us, the absolute very bare minimum least that they owed us is a decent full bodied shot of Welling wearing the costume.

And they cheat us of that. That's just bullshit.

@ssm85ytp Except for the fact that Tom Welling never actually wore the suit. He had an S shield shirt on at the end but everything else was entirely CGI. Even still it's a fantastic scene for a superb series. I had some gripes with the finale, but it was still amazing nonetheless.
