This is a really good movie. This song and the dance that went to it was so amazing, I kinda think that the credits may be my favorite part of the movie! haha. =) I wonder why there's some random spanish thrown in there... jai ho means victory or may you have glory, she put her version as well in the beginning. In ancient India queens used to put Tikka on king's forehead and say "jai ho" before they would go into war. ... or you could even use it to praise someone who did something glorious. it can mean alot of things when used in different aspects.
