Sean cant do that. I'm a freshman at Cocoa beach jr/sr and he only flails his arms to go faster and move quicker. He runs the 40 in 4.72

ok i ogtta admit he is a little bettwer than me... not by much though... he is with out a doubt faster than me but i can definatley break tackles and go in with a full head of steam throwing my 230+ lbs and other instead of sidestepping
