Level 19 on the Game Boy version is the same speed as Levels 14 and 15 on the NES version.

Level 20 on the Game Boy version is the same speed as Levels 16, 17, and 18 on the NES version.

Nope. I did Tetris DS endless mode and got to Level 44 with a high score of 4 million.
