I've been looking for that song since my Street Sk8er 2 got all scratched up. However, here's a nice trick, all of the game's soundtrack is in the game's cd. If you still own it, pop in the cd into your pc; make sure you have hidden files viewable. Look around the directories for a file type extension of .dat. Drag it into any media player and they should play automatically. VLC player will definitely do it.
