Since when are cops supposed to make arrests with their side arms out. The female officer appeared to have no respect for firearms, she was holding it as she tackled to guy. Also, if the officer with the shotgun had fired during the arrest he probably would've hit another officer. American Police give police services worldwide a bad image.
