I came across other variations but since I did not know the name of this fantastic artist, I never found her!!!   • Thanks for posting this version. I have seven versions of it: Ann Peebles, Joe Simon, Cher, Loretta Lynn & Conway Twitty, Waylon Jennings, Billy Vera plus (the first time I heard it) The Wilburn Brothers. Ann's version is one of my favorites. Just hit the PLAY button and play it again.
