Yup - as the title suggests, the 'Allergy + DDM' uses the Dyson Digital Motor, whilst the Origin uses a standard motor, hence the difference in noise output and power.

The left one has the Dyson Digital Motor no doubt, especially given it's Japanese literature and higher pitched sound.

That's why though: The DDM gives it the higher pitched sound and slightly stronger suction.
