Looks like an R190. I can see the Farrar emblem onthe hood (made in Woodvile, Mass) used to see alot of International/farrar trucks around Mass. is this the Rockport truck that Tom Selleck drove in the movie the Love Letter?
That's entirely possible, as that movie was shot here. The truck isn't in that fellow's yard anymore. It was there for years. I can only guess that the owner sold it. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Its a IH R Series fire truck.Possibly a R190

Rose Tree Fire Co. of Media, PA had 2 or 3 of these old IHC R-series, one of which had an open cab.
